I have htnframwork.. Support is great they try to help but i have a single issue from day one(over 3 weeks now) ..I cant lockon while punching,npcs can land every punch and i can hit one or two punche... Näytä lisää

1. Your Account Investigation:

You contacted us on the same day you left this review, claiming you couldn’t access your VPS.

Upon reviewing your issue, we identified that you were entering incorrect login credentials, which we communicated to you along with a guide to help resolve the issue.

We verified that your VPS was fully functional by logging in ourselves and even provided you with a screenshot as proof.



2. Our Efforts to Assist:

To further assist, we simplified your password for easier access.

Despite multiple attempts to provide direct support, you have not responded to our efforts.



3. Refund Policy:

Your request for a refund was denied because your VPS is functioning correctly, and your issue was due to user error.

Your claim that our policies guarantee a refund “in rules” is completely inaccurate. Our clearly stated refund policy can be found here: https://htnetwork.one/refund-policy.




We have gone above and beyond to help resolve your issue, yet you’ve chosen to leave a damaging and false review without engaging further. We also strongly object to the harsh language and baseless accusations in your review.

Best Support!!

Recently after removing someone from my Dev team we came into a large security breach on our server. I reached out to HTNetwork and their staff were directly on top of it!!! Highly recommend all of their services to anyone looking for a well hosted system!!

Very good service

Very good service, bought the plat pro package for the money was reasonable but some of the stuff weren't that good but apart from that server setup straight away and works perfectly, had issues at first so contacted Customer Support & was helped by human Stacy who was absolutely amazing, turned out my firewall was preventing the issue but Stacy remained professional and kind, recommended for definete
