I recently purchased a flip clock, for my son's birthday. It was shipped free, really quickly with tracking. HS Walsh answered my email questions quickly with good customer care.
I was so pleased with the service I got, and loved the clock when it arrived. So much so I immediately ordered another one for myself, and enjoyed the same level of service.

Order placed on the 24th April and despatched on the 24th April via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Item reached Spanish customs on the 26th April and was cleared on the 8th May and subsequently delivered on the 11th May. We hope you enjoy using the products and the short delay at customs doesn't deter you from using us again.
Unfortunately we can't control the speed at which customs departments clear shipments. We've tried reaching out to you numerous times but have yet to receive a reply. We'd appreciate if you could revise your feedback given the order was despatched so promptly and any delays at customs are out of the sellers control.
