You simply will not find a better Taekwon-Do club anywhere else! Through the instructors dedication, knowledge, patience and guidance all the students are encouraged to reach their full potential. It is such a worthwhile skill to have; not only do you learn a martial art you keep super fit to boot.

Well organised, friendly club with clear pathways to progress and compete at multiple levels ( if desired). Great for all ages , genders and abilities. Regular weekly training seasons and quarterly all day training to compliment grading schedules. I’ve attended serval clubs in different locations over the years and this best club I have trained with.

This place is just awesome! Our son has been attending for 4 years, is now a red belt and continues to go from strength to strength at HSTS! The staff are kind, extremely knowledgeable and nurturing in every part of their practice. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

The training is authentic, focused on proper technique and personal growth, but also on mental toughness and perseverance. I absolutely love training at HSTS Taekwondo Club! The classes are always challenging in the best way, and I’ve learned so much since joining. What makes it really special is the people — everyone is so friendly and supportive, it feels like I’ve found my very own Taekwondo family. We even meet up outside of training, which shows how strong the community is here.

This is an amazing club run by Master Horan and a team of excellent Instructors. I was dubious about my own ability to start learning a new martial art in my 30s and with a disability, however it was one of the best decisions I have made! I have been training here for over 4 years and feel fitter and happier for doing so. This club fully adheres to the Taekwondo philosophy of being fully inclusive regardless of gender, age, ability etc. All are welcome and you will definitely make some new friends too!

My 9yo son has been going to HSTS Taekwondo for about 4 years now and really enjoys his time there. He goes twice a week and is well on his way to black belt.

I highly recommend the club which has very knowledgeable and friendly instructors and an inclusive ethos that makes everyone feel welcomed. Good friendships are made in a supportive environment where each individual's capabilities are taken into account. As well as improving physical fitness it fosters confidence, self control and determination and teaches skills that can be used in everyday life. Joining the club has been one of the best decisions I have made.

In just a few months of attending Martial Arts my child has gained a lot of confidence. I'm also very happy with the life skills they teach like Stranger Awareness or how to deal with bullying within others. I highly recommend HSTS Taekwon-Do

Both my daughters attend the HSTS Taekwondo classes in Hitchin and they really enjoy them. It has helped their confidence and is great physical exercise as well as a way to meet new friends. The instructors are all very friendly and supportive and it's a lovely atmosphere.

Oliver has been a part of HSTS for over 10 years from the age of 6. He is now a black belt 3rd Dan and still loves the sport and especially the club. Not only is it excellent exercise but teaches morals, perseverance and sensibility. All the leaders are fantastic and lead by example with care and consideration for everyone. So glad Oliver chose taekwondo and especially HSTS!

HSTS Taekwon-Do is the best class for those who yearns to learn and have fun activities at the same time. My son and daughter have been attending the class in Stevenage since 2022 and both love it so much. I have seen them develop discipline, respect and self-confidence. I started training at HSTS nearly 15 years ago and it has changed my life. Master Horan is an outstanding instructor with great knowledge and passion, who also creates a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone. Training in martial arts is great for all ages and I have witnessed the benefits for kids and adults from the physical conditioning and mental discipline it provides. The classes are arranged to keep age groups and levels of experience together, helping to provide students with the most relevant and enjoyable lessons. The kids classes are enormously popular and fun, while many adult students train and progress together for years. I have benefited hugely from my training and I'm so glad I started.

Professional set up. Brilliant website when you join and communication is outstanding. Coaches are fantastic and visited by the female world champion to inspire those on starter belts. Amazing
