I bought a velvet dress after finding them at the ebay. And they didn’t disappoint me. Had few questions asked messaged them got quick reply. Got extra 10£ discount and shipping was pretty smooth. Great experience overall. Hence giving them 5 stars will definitely use this brand again. Hope they’ll keep the same service.

Great online shopping experience
Ordered and received my item really quickly only to discover that a relative had already ordered the same item which was bought as a gift for our mum.
Contacted customer services who swiftly arranged a returns label. Once I posted it back, I received my refund within a week.
Great experience and would definitely shop again.
