Excellent Service and selection
We were pleasantly welcomed into the showroom by Adam who offered us refreshments, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. As we chatted and reviewed the chairs, we discovered the ones we were interested in could be made to our exact requirements and so we were able to get exactly what we wanted.

Happy Customer
Extremely happy with the managers knowledge and support throughout my visit I was very grateful that she gave me private time with my family to discuss furniture options etc, that was much appreciated I don't like what is known as a "hard sell" it makes me feel very uncomfortable so thank you. I'm looking forward to receiving both items in a few weeks.

Mother In Law Loves her Chair
From start to finish the service has been fantastic and today Carl & Damien could not have done more for her. They are a credit to what appears to be a very well run company and attentive and caring staff. The chair came with a care kit and instructions on looking after it

Lovely people to deal with
Lovely people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We paid three visits before deciding which colour and combination of chair/sofa we wanted.
Refreshments were offered every visit.

My furniture arrived within the time slot. It was in excellent condition as you would expect from HSL. Alex and Gordon made the delivery. They were both extremely professional, efficient and pleasant and had the furniture in place within 30 minutes. Job well done.
