HSL Chairs - St. Leonards on Sea Arvostelua

Veronica was super friendly and an excellent guide towards choosing the right chair. Lots of time and patience shown while I tried and re- tried different chairs and selected a fabric. After sales explained well, a happy experiance.

I love visiting my local St Leonard’s on Sea store! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and Veronica, who helped me last year choose my reclining sofa, has today helped me choose the best adjustable bed. Her advice and patience with my indecision has been much appreciated! I now have a reclining chair, reclining sofa, and will soon have an adjustable bed. I highly recommend HSL Hastings.

Lesley was polite, knowledgable and kind without pressuring us to buy. She explained options clearly and thoroughly. Thank you.

Very helpful assistant. Not pushy.

All went very smoothly had a cancellation so was early getting my chair the team were very good and was very helpful and quick very pleased

The staff exceptionally helpful, giving us time to consider our purchases.
There was one chair we wanted that wasn’t in the shop so one was borrowed from another store which was very much appreciated.
The shop lovely too with facilities available as we were there a long time.
Looking forward to receiving our furniture.

In store help was very good. Explained all the options, and order made. It would have been 5 stars, except that on top of the agreed cost was a massive £72 delivery charge. Whilst I understand that items are delivered, a cost of delivering ONE chair for £72 seems excessive and disappointed the purchase, especially after spending £2200 for a chair. This charge is the same if you purchase one item or ten items.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and "how can I help" from Vicki. Vicki was very knowledgeable about the chairs and helped my mum choose the right chair for her. Wasn't pushy, just very helpful. Very understanding with mum who has Alzheimer's and eventually we got the chair that we needed.

Visited with my sister who has learning and physical disabilities. The staff were amazing and made her and us feel welcome and supported. The whole experience was stress free and relaxed. Thank you so much

Saved to purchase a chair, paid for a care kit extra. When delivered they did not have the care kit. Contacted customer services and the shop, one said it should have been delivered with the chair, the other it should have been sent by post. It would seem neither has happened. Awaiting a call next week.

Helpful and relaxing

Used HSL . Hastings , excellent service provided by Vicki, Veronica and Lesley who even came over to Eastbourne with leather supples , as Royal Mail had failed after two weeks , still waiting , so with the extra effort made a sale. Also very happy supporting a family uk firm. Just have to wait 10/ 12 weeks for delivery. But would most definitely use again in the future when needing more furniture.

Excellent help from a super and extremely knowledgeable sales lady, Vicky, who spent a couple of hours with me. I tried various different chairs, to find the exact size and model, for and comfort. Thank you Vicky at HSL Hastings.

We had two very good visits to HSL in St Leonard’s and both Veronica and her partner there on the Monday were great. From advising us on the parking before we came, to making sure the chair I was interested in would be the right fit and then lending us some fabric to check it would work with our furnishings - it was a super professional and friendly experience. The chair arrived yesterday - again a very professional and friendly delivery team - and we couldn’t be happier.
Thankyou Veronica for taking so much time and consideration with us - it makes such a difference these days!

On visiting the St Leonards on Sea branch we were welcomed by Jan. We knew what we were looking for and so she explained the various different styles and materials available. We were offered a cup of coffee which we declined as we'd just had one. They were currently offering a 25% discount on the chair we wanted and having discussed our requirements with Jan she gave us the brochure to take home and look through. We returned to the store 10 days later to place our order and fortunately Jan was there to take care of this. At no time did we feel under pressure to purchase the chair and overall found the experience quite relaxed. Thank you Jan!

From our first visit in Hastings were Jan helped us to select the right suite for us, due to the fact my wife suffers with a spinal complaint to the 2 nice gents Martin & Leon delivering our items we could not have asked for better service, plus your product is second to none as far as we are concerned
So a very big thank you from two very very happy customers.
Mr & Mrs Mead

I purchased a chair from HSL in lovely St. Leonards showroom where Lesley was very helpful with advice about my purchase

Visited your store in St Leonards on Sea yesterday.
I was looking for a riser reclining armchair.
Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable about the best chair for my needs. I didn’t feel at all rushed or
pressured and I can’t wait to get my chair.
