HSL Chairs - Shrewsbury Arvostelua

Very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant staff.

Extremely helpful gentleman in the store that Sunday afternoon

Sue at HSL Shrewsbury was exceptionally helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.
She made all the difference in our decision on which chair to purchase.

Great service nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

Made to feel very welcome and given plenty of time to explore and to decide.
Sue R at the Shrewsbury store was delightful and really helpful considering we had not bought any new furniture for a while.
We didn't have to wait for delivery as long as expected and Paul D and Jon who made the delivery were excellent, really friendly and pleasant, efficient, clean and tidy. Altogether a great experience. Thank you.

Lisa despite being the only advisor in store was extremely helpful informative and pleasant to deal with.Managing to deal with us and other people visiting,a true professional.

Very helpful staff , we weren’t rushed into making a decision or choosing the most expensive item
We would definitely recommend them to anyone we know

Excellent customer service from Tracey, both during our visit in store and in follow up communications. Found the perfect fireside chairs and footstools. Incredibly comfortable and look fabulous too.

They were patient and allowed time for my husband to try the different chairs several times.

Fantastic service all round. We were able to buy from here because dogs are allowed in the store - we wouldn't have been able to visit otherwise. We were treated with respect and attention, and there was no pressure to buy despite the several hours given to us over two visits. Refreshments and a toilet available is also a key part of the experience. Tracey is an incredible person and a real credit to the store, I would gladly buy from her again. The communication ahead of delivery was spot on. Delivery team Gordon and Shane were also very lovely people and their installation of the sofa was impressively quick!
We've had the sofa a couple of months now and it was worth every penny. Posture related headaches have improved and my chronic back condition feels much better supported.

Really enjoyed my experience at HSL Shrewsbury. I was greeted at the door by Tracey who made me a very welcome coffee and biscuits. I browsed a catalogue and Tracey showed me the settee that would be most suitable for my requirements. She didn't push me or rush me(I would have walked away if she had!)
Looking forward to delivery day for my new sofa. Barbara

We purchased two riser recliners chairs we were so pleased that we went back and purchased a three seater reclining sofa and two adjustable beds very pleased with the service and quality of the products. The staff did everything they could to make the selection of these items as easy as possible.

A very pleasant experience in the Shrewsbury store this morning with Tracey and Jodie. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We came in to look at beds and Tracey and Jodie took us through everything we needed to know, both very knowledgeable and thorough. Took us through the pros and cons of each type of bed and mattress etc which made our choice very easy. Very happy with the whole experience and happy with our purchase.

We visited the Shrewsbury store 3 times before deciding which suite to buy. Each time we were greeted by Tracey. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding, she was able to advise what was/was not suitable for our needs. What we particularly liked compared with other stores is how we were left to browse if we wanted but she was on hand if we had a question. So many other stores, their staff follow you around like a shadow. We felt fully supported by her in making what was a very important decision for us. Thank you

The Shrewsbury store had exactly what we were looking for - which none of the other much larger retailers were offering. Tracey and her colleagues were welcoming and helpful from our initial visit through to the final sale. Time was spent discussing our needs and ensuring they were accurately met.

Tracy and Joe very nice greeted us at the door told them what we were after knew exactly what we were after offered us refreshments very pleasant experience thank you

Second time hear , amazing service

Early January when we thought we were moving we visited Shrewsbury store. Sue and Lisa were so helpful, they listened to our requirements , Showed us options , left us to roam , sit and consider . Once we’d decided they explained further options shared fabrics and helped us get a comprehensive order set up . This was put on hold until the move became final. Taking much longer than anticipated we were able to confirm the order on 1/5 /26 . We now wait for delivery .

From purchasing to delivery all staff were brilliant. Tracey spent time with us ensuring we had all the information we needed to pick the right sofas for us. We had nearly every fabric out in the showroom. She had brilliant knowledge about the products, was friendly and very good at making coffee😂.
It was a long wait to get the sofas but as they are individually made that is to be expected.
When they did come we were not disappointed.
Chris and Terry were our delivery team and as with Tracey, they were very professional and knowledgeable.
We had a telephone call approximately 30 minutes before they arrived to say when they would be with us.
They explained everything to us as they were putting the sofas together and ensured that we knew how to use them. Everything was left spotless.
Very impressed from start to finish.
