HSL Chairs - Milton Keynes Arvostelua

Kara from Milton Keynes came out quickly to agree a chair purchase and had all the detail and fabric samples to complete the order. I have 7 years of experience of HSL and found them very helpful in replacing an accident damaged cushion (a visitor’s fault!) and keeping good records of your purchases.

Karen at your Milton Keynes Showroom and the lady with her were very helpful, kind and friendly.

It was good to have a representative come to our house with the chair we were interested in purchasing. Seeing the chair in the space it would occupy confirmed our choice was the right one. We are very impressed with this service. We did visit a showroom to look at the larger samples of fabric and place our order. The customer service was extremely good on both occasions.

Kara and the milton keynes branch staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We came away with the perfect chair , with specific needs for our 83 year old mum. We had searched for a while and with their no pressure guidance we left very happy. Thanks ladies for the coffee and biscuits and the improv knitting needles x

Linda in the Milton Keynes branch was awesome and helped us so much to pick the right sofas… we are aware they can’t be delivered yet but we are patient..

The staff in the Milton Keynes branch were very helpful and friendly and helped us choose the right chairs for our needs and comfort. The delivery team kept us informed and when they arrived, unpacked and set up the chairs in our lounge and took away all the packaging. Very satisfied.

My wife and I can not fault the help friendliness and patience that both ladies showed to us in helping to choose a rise and recline chair for my wife.
We have ordered a chair and if the delivery etc goes the same way, both my wife and I will be over the moon 🌙.
Thank you ladies.

Wayne and Alan delivered our bed with care and courtesy. They installed it and removed all packaging efficiently.

Fantastic service! From store to door.

Excellent customer service from Carla and the team

I have just bought a Stressless Wing chair from HSL. It is very appropriately named! I had excellent and patient service in the HSL showroom in Milton Keynes by Lynda (in the main although all staff were very friendly & helpful). Then when the delivery team could not reach me to arrange delivery, the central switchboard were very helpful and finally when the delivery was arranged, that was carried out by Jason & Ashley efficiently and in a friendly manner. The chair itself is great and just what I hoped for!

Very helpful Comfort Specialist Kara answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She has excellent product knowledge.

Jason & Ashley delivered a chair to my in-laws and they were extremely pleased with the level of care and courtesy they received. The guys were extremely friendly & explained all functions of the chair very thoroughly.

Easy delivery, very helpful, nice people.

Thank you very much to Craig and Shane who delivered our chair this morning.

Very informative staff made me very welcome

This being our second purchase of a chair, once again we were suitably advised by the very capable and friendly Julie. A delightful and very knowledgeable person, a definite asset to your company. Please convey our additional thanks once again.

Very personal, friendly service. They did a home visit and took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the chair

The lady who served us was patient and gave us the time to make our decision.

Such friendly helpful staff and no pressure to buy . We ordered a chair for mum . Lots of time taken to get the right chair for comfort.
