HSL Chairs - Dewsbury Arvostelua

We were welcomed the moment we set foot in the showroom. The staff were really lovely & extremely helpful. Liz knew exactly what type/ size of chair my husband required, super grande model was spot on with R & R. Very pleased with all your staff too, made it a nice time & a few laughs as well, it made parting with my hard earned cash..... Easy.😂 Can't wait to see the chair. Many thanks for everything, it's so lovely to know people do care. Thanks again, we would happily recommend HSL Dewsbury shop to everyone. 🥰

Ian and Paul were polite and efficient when delivering my chair

Such a great experience. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and guided our choice to our perfect chair and sofa. She genuinely listened to our needs and made the whole process easy and pleasant. We were not pushed into anything and couldn't be happier. Lovely cup of tea too! Highly recommend.

Easy to order over the phone, and the delivery guys were great, polite and helpful - attaching the legs to the chair and taking away the rubbish/packaging.

The service received throughout was fabulous. Staff at the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were not rushed to make our decision.
The delivery team were prompt and very polite.
I would highly recommend HSL

Deborah and billy were fantastic, the sample chair they brought was great, looking forward to my own chair coming

HSL absolutely excelled in all our contact with them. From the first visit to their showroom in Dewsbury, to telephone communication to text message on delivery day we can't fault them at all . All the staff are friendly and welcoming and our delivery drivers Damion and Tom were on time (in fact a little earlier than stated) so we are more than pleased with HSL. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend HSL at all.

Two friendly, helpfull and efficient delivery men, Carl and Lee were excellent in all respects.
The riser/recliner chair is first class very well made and very comfortable.

Very Polite & helpful Staff and my purchase arrived on time .

the showroom staff were very helpful and friendly, making the experience a total pleasure. Delivery was efficient and speedy. We needed the chair in a hurry and it was delivered in 3 days. faultless service

Debbie and Billy came to do a home visit for my Grandma.
She was really happy with the service and help that she was given in choosing a chair.
She sends her thanks- for being so lovely and helping her! Thank you!

Very friendly efficient and helpful staff, we were helped by Debs and her colleague at your Dewsbury store today. They ensured my husband was 100%happy with his choice, explained the styles of chair and recommended the best for him with his disability. We would highly recommend HSL

From start to finish, HSL Chairs were great.
Went in to their showroom to have a look at the products. Someone then did a house visit to do a fitting assessment on my father. No sales pitch, just good sound advice.
The chair that we then decided on was delivered in good time with good communication and a professional service throughout.

They came to my care home with a sample of the chair that they thought suitable for my condition and size. They spent a good while demonstrating the chair and it movements. They delivered my chair only 3 days later and it is proving excellent. It provides comfort and ease to affected legs and back. Although it is expensive I can understand the cost because of their excellent product and vustomer service.

The ladies who attended to us were very helpful & offered us lots of ideas & suggestions.
We only went in to look at recliner chairs & ended up buying a matching sofa & arm chair as well!

Really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. Felt able to take my time to decide.

Very good, efficient delivery and assembly by the team, Paul D & Jon.

The customers service at the store was excellent, giving plenty of time to try different chairs for comfort. My personal measurements were taken to make my chair a perfect fit.
The delivery was made by Carl F. and Lee, an excellent team, who rang to give me a delivery time and explained the use of the handset and care of the chair.

Visited the Dewsbury showroom. Very welcoming and attentive. Order placed. Paid for express delivery. Received phone call 30 mins before the chair arrived. Brought in and assembled by Lee & Carl F. Great guys! Thank you very much.
