HSL Chairs - Bristol Arvostelua

Your representative was very helpful, advising us on the most suitable sofas for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel rushed.

The staff at the showroom were very helpful. nothing was too much trouble. Whatever questions I had were answered well, no one worried if they had been asked the same question time and time again!! - they responded with patience and good information.
The whole process was first class including the delivery. Everyone kept me informed of expected date then confirmed day before. delivery man phoned on the day to say when he would arrive, he was early as traffic was light.
a very good experience.
I am v happy with my chair, thank you

Craig proved to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, without rushing us to any decisions. Very pleased with his help in obtaining a discount to the final bill. We look forward to receiving our new chairs.

Really professional, friendly assistants with useful information and advice. Thoroughly recommend HSL

The Bristol shop staff were really helpful explaining various options and possibilities. There was a wide choice range to consider but we eventually selected a chair and 2 seated sofa. We had a budget but had to spend substantially more to get what we wanted. The only negative was the ordering process took a long time! Delivery times were 8-10 weeks, our chairs arrived 9 weeks in. The delivery guys Ashley and Cameron were really good. Polite and helpful they unpacked assembled each unit quickly. They explained operation again and the need to replace standby 9v batteries after 12 months. Thanks guys.

Very friendly staff were very helpful explain what was the best for me.I am looking forward to getting my chairs and being comfortable.

The assistant was pleasant and cheerful and took pains to find out what was really needed. She also followed up as requested 2 days later to confirm the order.

Very easy smooth transaction, great selection of chairs and sofa with a higher seating position .. we ordered from a great selection of fabrics .. thank you

We visited the HSL showroom in Bristol on Saturday and were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady called Hannah.
Hannah was kind and efficient, her product knowledge was excellent. We tried a number fireside chairs and recliner sofas and very much appreciated trying the different sizes of these. We did not feel pressured or rushed. Delivery is planned for 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you Hannah and HSL.

Good experience and friendly and helpful staff.

Great service, advice & display stick

My Daughter and I are very impressed with the entire help Craig helped us with at the visit we made to the showroom at Bristol.

Knowledgeable salesman who was patient and helpful. Would buy again for the product was of good quality. R P S.

Craig made us welcome from the outset, listened carefully to what I needed (I have a back problem), appraised the situation accurately and showed me the Helmsley Grande. After 2 hours spent sitting, looking at fabrics and chatting over a cup of tea and a biscuit, I was still comfortable and ordered the chair. A very pleasant experience all round.

Professional polite knowledgeable helpful staff. Really helped me to think through my needs, fabric design, comfort and practicality

Hannah and her colleague, so helpful, kind and caring. Also knowledgable about products.

Staff member very helpful and friendly and spent some considerable time with us.
We were very pleased with the product and look forward to receiving it.

We were expertly shown the selection and assessed what would suit myself.

Great service. Hannah made us feel welcome, would highly recommend
