HSL Chairs - Brighton Arvostelua

The staff were absolutely amazing, they knew what was needed even before we did. So friendly

My partner and I visited your store in Newtown Road Hove three times. We were welcomed very warmly by Meghan, Joshua and Kerry who were all very helpful and knowledgeable about your furniture. We made purchases totalling more than £6000-00 and then brought a friend in who also made a purchase. We did not feel under any pressure to buy and the whole process was relaxed and enjoyable.

Loving the stress less chair. Jason and Ashley where very helpful and respectful of my property, They kept me informed with delivery times.

Recently took delivery of a chair ordered from Brighton shop. Delivery by Jason and Ashley, prompt, polite and efficient. We needed to postpone original delivery slot and the organising agents were extremely helpful, personal service, speaking to a real human being!
The showroom staff in Hove are knowledgeable and helpful. This is our second purchase from HSL which must be a recommendation in itself.

Great delivery from 2 very friendly and helpful guys; Jason and Ashley. They had to remove wheels of the fab Stressless office chair to fit through a rather narrow door, but did so without any problem, and were very keen to do the job propely.

Kerry was amazing, she was patient and through
Good choice at the store which was clean and tidy, the loos we’re also very clean as we had to use them

Really excellent service at HSL in Hove.
It was a delight to shop here for a Stressless chair and receive such amazing service from Claire.we we made to feel welcome, there was no sense of being rushed. We were given really useful information and all questions were answered in a helpful manner.
It is unusual ( sadly ) te receive such genuinely helpful service these days.
Thank you Claire for making the purchase of our first Stressless chair such a positive experience.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt very welcome. Also, the assistant, Kerry, went far beyond what was required.

Our delivery from HSL Chairs took place today. I received several useful updates during the delivery process, including a phone call from our driver, Jason. I felt valued throughout the process and had plenty of warning to ensure everything was ready for the delivery. Jason and Ashley delivered my chair with great care and attention to detail. Jason was especially helpful and friendly. A great delivery experience!

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Lovely welcome. Choice of seats to try. Many fabrics to choose from. All questions answered immediately. Good knowledge of products. Told there would be a follow up telephone call with delivery date etc.received official receipt by post a couple of days later.

Helpful staff despite product pricing and delivery problems all amicably resolved.

Very professional, friendly staff, lovely showroom, easy parking.

Friendly welcome and great advice. The lady who served us wasn’t pushy and listened to us as well.

Both of the members of staff were lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was given as much time as I needed to make a decision about the style and size of chair and to choose the material. There was also a much greater selection of chairs than I thought their would be.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Provided the information we needed to make an informed decision that was best for our needs .

The staff were great at the Hove showroom. They were so lovely and friendly and so happy ro help.
They knew the products and available options and gave great advice.
The selection of reclining chairs was very good and competitively priced.
All in all a great experience.

Staff were helpful but not pushy.

Our first experience of HSL was visiting the Southampton store. They were helpful & courteous & we left with a quote & time to think about our possible future purchase. We decided to also visit your Brighton store, being bigger, we thought it might offer more. As soon as we entered the showroom, a lovely young man (Josh), welcomed us. He was very attentive & helped us by throwing a few ideas into the mix, resolving a few reservations that we had. He left us to give us time to think, when we were ready to talk some more, a lovely lady (Claire) took over. She was so warm & friendly in her approach, it felt like I was literally talking to a friend & I genuinely felt as though she wanted the best outcome for us. We were more than happy to place the order, as the whole experience was a pleasurable one. The customer service at Brighton is first class, one where the customer definitely does come first. Thank you HSL & thank you Claire. We can’t wait to get our new sofa & chairs.

We observed a first class example of professionalism from the lady who guided us through the selection and sales process.
A rare and welcome experience in the retail environment
Highly recommended
