Very helpful & knowledgeable staff but not pushy. They gave my mum plenty of time to look around then spent time showing her fabric colours. Nothing was too much trouble.

Alison at the Newtownabbey branch we visited was most helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable with helping us to decide on the most suitable sofa for my mother and then on helping me and my husband choose an adjustable bed.
