It was one of the best massages I ever had. Really targeted the issues I suffered with and made me feel better straight away

The massage was great! My partner and I got a couples massage!
The man gave a very firm deep massage and i felt so relaxed after despite some (necessary) tenderness to loosen my tight muscles

Only thing my partner and I would say for them constructively is the big light was on during the massage! And my partner said when she got turned around on her back for a part of the massage she didn’t get a pillow for her head

I highly recommend getting a massage from Glen! Especially if you want someone with an indepth knowledge and understanding of human anatomy. He tailors each massage to your specific needs - i.e. I have been experiencing bad hip pain, and he helped loosen my hip and figure out the cause. He even gave me some exercises that I can do to strengthen my weakened muscles and loosen my hip! Then continued to give me the full body massage which I needed. I felt incredibly safe with him which is incredibly important (for context, I'm a woman with some bad experiences with men), not to mention the room is very serene and aesthetically pleasing. I am so happy with the treatment that I'm signing up to the monthly massage plan and PT sessions with Glen and I've already recommended him to one of my partners!

Atmosphere

Definitely would recommend

Really calm and inviting space. Lovely practitioner, Charlotte. Would recommend.

Wonderfully relaxing massage. I loved the ambience and coziness of the space and felt very well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Always the highlight of the month is when I see Glenn for a massage. He always tailors the treatment to what my body. And mind need! And the subscription is a godsend. It gives me permission to book in every month without fail!

Lovely masseurs for our couples massage. Very knowledgeable and we left feeling totally relaxed.

They were excellent! Me and my girlfriend were very late due to traffic and they were so accommodating, even knocked some money off the price as we didn’t get the full hour! So lovely of them to do that for us.

The service was amazing, loved the massage.

Definitely would go back again!

Glen was informative and talked me through , the massage was incredible, I felt completely relaxed and de- stressed afterwards highly recommended:)

Glenn was excellent at putting me at ease. He’s professional and intuitive. I left feeling so much freer than when I arrived. I’ll be returning. Thank you Glenn.

Such an incredible massage from Glen. He really listened to what I needed, and was great at focusing on some key areas (including relieving a lot of pain in my shoulder from a trapped nerve).
Felt on cloud nine - the rooms, bed, atmosphere, and music were perfect!

Second visit and will most definitely be back again.

I had an amazing experience, Glenn was very knowledgeable and really found the areas that needed attention and worked on them, I left feeling vastly better than when I arrived and will be back for more sessions in the future.

Second time I've gone, came away feeling a better version of myself and Glenn managed to resolve my shoulder pain. Looking forward to my next one.

Really excellent massage targeting problem areas and also advice on small changes I can make to address the issue

Charlotte and Glenn are both brilliant- they instantly make you feel comfortable with their easy warmth. And excellent masseuses - I recommend them to everyone I know- both very knowledgeable and skilled, delivering relaxation but also deep release. I always look forward to going back.

I had a lovely face massage – I felt so relaxed and it completely washed my stress away. The staff are very professional and genuinely care about their clients. The place is spotless, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They’ve recently moved into a new space that has a sauna and cold plunge nearby, which really adds to the overall wellness vibe. Highly recommended!

A good alternative to try.

Super welcoming and relaxed environment! Before the massage we had a quick chat about what I wanted from it and consent so I felt really relaxed and loved the whole experience. I had one of the sports inspired massages with Charlotte, only thing was that 30 minutes was just a bit too short to get the full benefit but I will definitely be back again in future! Thank you! :)
