Hoyle's of Oxford Arvostelua

Great to receive a product which looks genuinely crafted as opposed to versions I'd seen online.

Ordering online was easy. I received an update as soon as my order was ready, and pickup at the store was quick and convenient. I love this game and highly recommend it.

Easy ordering, great communication on stages for delivery (which was accurate almost to the minute!) very well packaged and great value for money.
At the time of purchase, the items I wanted could only be found together here or in the US (with eye-watering fees!)

Bought some international playing cards for my son. He was delighted with them. They arrived quickly and well packaged

A nice product, quickly delivered.
Enjoyed working with you

My order was promptly delivered and communication was good. The information on the product on the website was clear and comprehensive.

I bought refurbished backgammon board so as to waste less and learn a new game. It arrived with only minor blemishes as advertised. There are some fantastic items on sale, I am sure that I will buy again.

Parcel came on time, product was exactly as I expected and was in excellent condition. As a plus they even used recycled packaging - which you don't see a lot from online stores so good on them.

I ordered a pack of cards, they arrived quickly so great service

Gold star! The people I was emailing got back to me quickly in answer to my question. And this included a Sunday!
Friendly and positive responses , and when something wasn’t available they quickly offered alternatives and options. Payment was made easily via the link they sent me and my parcel arrived in good time. They couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Contacted straight away that a product was out of stock, but new stock inbound. Offered alternative or to wait. Choose to wait, turned up when told and perfect condition. Great service

Bought 2 games off them, rare ones on this side of the pond. Great service both times. 1 star knocked off as no PDF included in purchases, which sorta sucks.

Great design chess set. XL size was the right choice.

Beautiful cards. Delivery ok.
Recommended!.

Great service, prompt delivery

item shipped fast and as expected

Philip was very helpful with advice on which chess board, pieces and game to purchase for my son’s birthday and he was very happy with his gifts. Having discovered this company, I will definitely visit their site again and would like to visit the shop when next in Oxford.

Order arrived promptly and well packaged.

Ordered a Chinese Checkers board game from Hoyle's and I'm really impressed. It was well packaged, came really quickly and the board is really nice quality. Will definitely be using Hoyle's again.
