Hoxton Gal Arvostelua

Spoke with Asli, in customer service about a return I had made and not received a refund. Within 24 hours of sending an email Asli, responded and sorted it out. An excellent customer service agent.

I had made a mistake returning goods and contacted ‘Asli’ ( from customer care) who not only understood my situation but quickly, with care and compassion contacted the necessary department.
Thank you so much for making what for me was a dead end into a complete journey .

Best dress ever! I’ve heard this brand from my friend and ordered a couple of items just to see. Well, I am totally surprised & fascinated how good the quality of the products are!! The fit, the color, the quality absolutely amazing…

My first time ordering from Hoxton Gal and I was really impressed. Love my new blouses! I received many compliments about the chic and modest design. Great colours plus the sizing was perfect . Delivery also prompt which is something I really value. Thank you Hoxton Gal , I’ll be back!

Amazing quality and collection. I am so happy about the customer service. Very recommended.

Poor quality and fit. Sorry but won't be purchasing again ....

Ordered size 16/18, unfortunately blouses were too large. Exchanged them very easily and quickly for 12/14. Very happy with product and service. Was incorrectly charged for postage which was refunded.

I love the style of Hoxton Gal tops but cannot understand why they do not do a size 14-16! A 12-14 is too tight on my bust but the next size up, 16-18 is too big. Why oh why do you not do 14-16 which is surely a common size?!

I love my black pantsuit and can wear it to work with a long sleeved top under.Only problem was I was running for the bus and tripped on the trouser leg 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈😬

Lovely top - very elegant & beautiful colour, but fit wasn't great. However, customer services were brilliant, prompt & really helpful regarding a refund.

Fit is good but quality poor - fabric feels cheap and the seams are full of loose threads & messy edges.

Really lovely designs, super fast delivery and great communication! Would differently recommend!

Dress I have purchased from HG was way above my expectations. The fit, quality & delivery time was great. Defn can see myself as a returning customer!

Excellent service when I had an issue with my order. Sorted it out straight away and took my query seriously and kept me updated with regular contact.

I’m highly impressed with the quality and customer service of this brand. I sense a lot of hard work and passion goes into this and i highly recommend.

Just bought my girlfriend a dress from here. Beautiful quality, and looked just like the photos. She’s really pleased with the style and originality. Big thanks!

I contacted the customer service department via email and they responded promptly and were very friendly and helpful.

All products were very high quality and arrived in a very short time.Thank you Hoxton Gal, I can't wait for my next order😍

I bought something for my wife, really quality and good price thank you.

Thank you for the best service and quality products! I’ve purchased 2 pieces and in love with both of them! Fantastic assortment of styles and sizes. Will definitely shop again and recommend to my friends.
