All of us at Howes Models take great pride in the fact that 'Howes' have been trading since 1939 and we are the longest serving Model Shop in the UK. We also have a large Pre-Owned Model Railway department with stock being added daily! Aswell as selling our very popular Model Railway 'Howes' sound chips. We are the home of the Lake Reaper bait boats and keep a full list of spares, a variety of upgrades and accessories and more! Ordered a model boat complete with radio kit. All went well till I noticed two parts for the propeller were missing. I contacted Howes who on my behalf contacted the importer and managed to get me the missing parts and post them to me. So anyone can sell you something, but the difference happens when there is a problem and good customer service shines through.
