I placed an order on the 12th that was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 days. When I checked my email to track the shipment, I was required to download an app, which immediately felt suspicious. Even after following those steps, the order status remained stuck at "processing."
When I reached out to customer support, I was told there had been an error and my order was never actually shipped. They offered to ship it then, but I decided to cancel the order entirely. I am now waiting to see if I will receive my refund within the promised 3-5 days. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
