Excellent service team. Popped in on the off chance they could take a Quick Look at my car, due to a noise when using start/stop function. No problem they checked it out & within 30minutes I was back on my way. nothing unusual & no safety issue. No charge. Thanks Dan (I believe that’s his name) reassured me & was polite & professional.

We had our Kia Soul serviced at Howards Weston Super Mare which required some follow up work due to a couple of warranty issues. The team were excellent. Very knowledgeable with what was required & made us feel most welcome. Pricing was competitive. Dan the after sales manager went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people we have met there.

I had excellent service that went above and beyond normal expectations. There was no pushiness but using their knowledge of the market place made useful suggestions which eventually resulted in a happy customer!

My wife is really keen to purchase a Kia but every time I take her there just to look there is so much pressure to test drive, buy this, look at that, it is now getting more difficult to get here to dealer. Why can't customers just be left to look around without being followed every where by a salesperson

I bought a Kia Sportage from Howards Kia Weston Super Mare for £21295 and less than two weeks later I hated it as the fuel economy was so poor. I asked if I could sell it back, even at a reduced price but I was only given the option of a trade for another car in the Howards Group. I found another car in the Howards Group but they only offered £15000, a drop of £6195 for a car that they themselves had sold me only two weeks previously.
I never received any more contact from them and have since sold it at a huge loss.
I feel like I have been scammed to be honest, and I will not ever buy from this company again after this experience.
