We went into the showroom to be greeted by this smiling, friendly young guy. It turned out that this was Charlie Deakin. Charlie was always friendly and helpful, whether it was in the showroom, on the phone or on a test drive he always had that big smile and a helpful chat. He was just the sort of guy you want around when trying to make a decision on a new car.

Having been a Citroen owner in the past it was natural to consider a C3 when it came time to replace. While it has not been possible to conclude a deal with Howard's at WSM- only because of cost- the service and help I had was given particularly by Millie was excellent. Thanks to all at Howards.

This is a review on Howard’s Hyundai in Weston super mare

I have had a few issues with this garage, so I emailed in a complaint and there was 2 very different responses to the issues, Darren the service manager couldn’t have been any more understanding and apologetic and wanted to do all he could to resolve the issues with what happened on the service side of things could tell he read and understood my email and I felt as though he had empathy for me and seemed to want to make things better. So kudos to Darren and this dealerships need more people like him and then on contrast I had the unfortunate chance to had to speak with John the sells manager, comes across that he didn’t bother to understand the facts or get the facts from his sells staff, or to give empathy, he totally missed the point of my complaint and he’s come across as an old school manager with a slight aggressive manor, plus customers are liers even when I said things he denied at first to then a few moments later contradicted what he said that wasn’t the case, He’s lost this dealership another order and I regularly change my cars every 3 to 5 years. Sad shame. Oh well I have found another dealership that I will happily give my new car order to and in todays climate this dealership will miss out.

Update, Howards have commented on this review 5 days ago and yet no senior manager has been in touch, strange that, seeing that they said they was taking it serious

A good experience from beginning to end - helpful and concise support throughout from the team, especially Chris, our main point of contact. And - of course - a rather fine motor at the end of it.

When I ordered my new Hyundai in August I was given superb help and support by Alex Lankaster ( sales executive) and, although the delivery of the car took longer than first expected, I was given updates on proposed delivery dates and the handover in December was smooth professionally executed and informative.

throughout the whole process i found the salesman Chris very helpful wjth his advice and guidance. overall I believe a very satisfactory deal was reached for oth sides.
