Richard McMunn is very helpful and knowledgeable.

His videos are well thought out and are presented in a way that keeps you engaged . He provides you with not only the hard questions but with a way of thinking that will allow you to provide genuine answers to questions and situations.

I made a single purchase for download NHS Test Papers for £7.99 in March 2023, and in April a charge of £32.40 was debited from my bank. I was completely unaware of any subscription and no receipt for the £7.99 download was ever received. I would not recommend this company as there appears to be hidden charges.

Mr. McMunn is genuinely putting forth his best effort to assist you in your job search journey. He is easily accessible (through LinkedIn) and eager to aid in your advancement and improvement in interview skills.

I honestly can not thank Dave enough for his time and coaching. It was the best decision to work with him through the recruitment process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and an all round brilliant guy.

Highly recommended.

This has become some of the most invaluable information I have ever acquired. Very helpful insights as to what goes on in the mind of a hiring manager. I literally printed out all of the answers and put them in a binder and would study them as if they were lines for a play I was acting in. It made me have great answers and I was already able to guess what they were going to ask before the interview happened so I was prepared and not as nervous. Definitely worth your money. I would recommend this for anybody that is a serious professional who Struggles with self-confidence.

Thanks Richard such wonderful course/videos.

I found this resource broad based; covering a great variety of topics. The questions included are very similar to those asked during many interviews. I would certainly recommend How2Become to those starting from the very basics to those who want to pursue a particular field. Thank you!

I had no idea how to answer interview questions simple, professional and effective at same time but watching your videos gave me idea and confidence to attend interview. The video "How to overcome interview nerves" was also helpful.

Richard is a Great Mentor , I was able to Clear my Interview with the help of his Video Lectures , I would highly recommend his Videos and Webinar to everyone for getting a boost ahead of Interviews , Keep up the great work Richard , God Bless 🙏🏼

I have been trying to become a train driver for about a year with no luck, so I decided to give the pack a try. I knew of this company over twenty years ago when I considered the job. The materials aren't cheap, but they are comprehensive. I bought the hardback book and found reading it online a bit more cumbersome. There are many practice materials and tips to get you going with the needed practice. However, the best part was the webinar Dave ran which gave me a wealth of notes and information. It was very professional and better than any other training I've had in my current industry. Whilst I am still holding out to get past the first sift, he has given me the confidence to continue to pursue my dream job.

Let me keep this short. Without Richard I wouldn’t be in position im now. I cant recommend him enough.

I recently used Richard's interview training tutorials and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and depth of the content. The tutorials were well-structured, easy to follow, and provided valuable insights into what employers are looking for during an interview. I highly recommend Richard's interview training tutorials to anyone looking to improve their interview skills and land their dream job.
