I had an experience earlier with their X1 Drone and it took SO long (6 months!) to finally finish up the repair!
But they must have learned, as my experience repairing the Pro Max Drone was CONSIDERABLY better. The repair on the Pro Max was due to the drone in Follow Mode on my dirt bike and it simply flew to the side into a tree and broke the gimbal. I was bummed, and was not looking forward to the grueling repair time. They investigated my video of the crash and concluded that I did not have Omni Terrain activated.

I was pleasantly surprised at their promptness and speed in getting me back in the air again. I did not recommend them with my earlier exchange, but I absolutely do now.

The response is very fast and not bouncing back with a lot of copy-paste information. They carefully listen and seriously try to solve the situation. One of the best customer service experience for me.

I purchased my drone from Amazon but got some accessories (including the charging case) directly from HoverAir. When the carrier was delayed in delivery I reached out to HoverAir support and they resolved the issue same day! I can't say enough about their products or service.

The HoverAir Promax X1 has quickly become one of my absolute favorite drones to operate. From the moment you power it on, the ease of use is unmatched—this thing practically flies itself. Whether I’m capturing shots on the beach, at a resort, or out exploring a new country, this drone delivers incredible footage without the stress that typically comes with flying bigger models.

During a recent trip, my drone took an unexpected dip into ocean water and got damaged. I was sick about it. But the HoverAir Support Care Team? Easily one of the best support teams I’ve ever worked with—across ANY tech brand. They were fast, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. They walked me through every step, made the replacement process super easy, and shipped out a new Promax X1 incredibly quickly.

Their service was so fast that I actually had my replacement drone in hand and ready to fly for my very next trip. That level of customer support is rare these days.

I’ve always loved HoverAir drones, but after this experience, what I love most is their top-tier customer service. A great product is one thing, but a company that truly stands behind it? That’s what makes me a loyal customer for life.

Ich hatte Probleme mit meiner Hover X1 (2024)bzw. den Akkus , beim Flug kam bei 3 Led‘s die Meldung „low Battery“.
HoverAir hat schnell geantwortet und auf Kulanz neue Akkus geschickt.

I have never owned or operated a drone before but have dealings with them for a small tv show. They don’t use them much as most of the time they crash or they get lost.
I am in Australia and was very wary of purchasing from a company on the other side of the world. But hover air have been incredible. I ordered a X1Pro and it was shipped straight away. It is the first drone I’ve owned and it is so easy to use and it does exactly what they say it can do. Video quality is amazing and simple to download. The customer service team are so efficient and helpful. I can’t recommend this company and the X1Pro enough.

En mi pedido me ha llegado parte de mis productos, caja deteriorada y con signos de manipulación.

Pues reclame en los 7 días que dicen según ellos, y me dijeron que como mucho en 2 días laborales me iban a dar una resolución.

MENTIRA!

La empresa SEEL ahora me dice que NO tengo abierto ningún caso con ellos, cuando SI lo hice y me llego al correo la SOLICITUD HECHA POR MI en la página de SEEL.

Pues ahora SEEL, me quiere enviar con HOVER, y pues HOVER me quiere enviar con SEEL.

¿Para qué hacen esto? Pues para que PIERDAS TU VALIOSO TIEMPO, te DESESPEREN hasta que puedas CANSARTE y dejar de solicitar TU GARANTIA PAGADA y que DEJES DE RECLAMAR, y SEEL NO PAGARTE EL REEMBOLSO.

¿Qué voy a hacer?

Si en esta semana no me lo resuelven, LOS DEMANDARÉ A CONSUMO EUROPEO, y en en caso negativo que no me lo resuelvan, pues DEMANDA AL TRIBUNAL EUROPEO, además de daños y perjuicios.

I ordered three items: a drone, a battery and a case, but only the case arrived. I included shipping insurance (processed by Seel) in my order, and Hoverair's customer service told me how to proceed to get a refund for the drone and battery. The refund took a couple of days to process, and I finally ordered the drone and battery through Amazon Spain. Hoverair's customer service was good and fast, they are attentive and I recommend them, the only thing is that it is only by email. In any case, Sonia was very kind and attentive. Thank you very much for helping me resolve the conflict.

I read some feedback about customer support and response time, I think Hover team takes the feedback seriously and does try to improve its operations.
I got my X1 over a year and have had no issue with aerial photos and videos for hiking, bicycling (moderate speed). Recently, my X1 was misplaced (someone picked it up by accident), I reached out to Hover support team for help with locating and locking up the drone. After carefully confirming ownership, to my surprise the support staff (Iris) was able to lock and render my drone nonfunctional. It’s now unlocked and SW updated, operating flawlessly. The support and capabilities of Hover after-sale team provide confidence on Hover products. I’m looking at Pro or Pro Max next as we are doing more road cycling now (higher speed applications). Entreprise frauduleuse. J'ai payé 1 200 € pour leur pack de ski il y a près d'un mois. Ils m'ont d'abord dit qu'il avait été envoyé, puis qu'il ne l'avait probablement pas été, puis qu'il était en rupture de stock, puis qu'un seul article était en rupture de stock, puis qu'ils allaient l'envoyer, mais ils ne l'ont toujours pas fait. Ne leur faites pas confiance, leur service est épouvantable.
