Great customer service in-store and online too!
Despite living pretty far from my nearest HoV, I always go there for my vape juice needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgable on the products and since Covid kicked off have been buying from them online. They're got a human-chat feature instead of an annoying bot, and are on hand to help with advice etc.

I have spoken with the online team and can see this has been dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for on the 20/04/2020
Generally, the 1-3 working days for 1st Class are still functional, however this will be dependent on the area it is being sent to. If your order is over this period, please allow an extra 1-2 days.
I can only apologise for any delay and please be assured this should arrive in the next day or so for you
One of our team will be in touch if this does not arrive soon for you
