This website is a scam. No one on either side (employers or those looking for work) can contact anyone without paying.they have a "free" version, but all you can do is see postings, you can't contact anyone. Complete scam. Stay away.

I signed up for the housekeeper position. I sent out a lot of responses for the jobs posted. Turns out most of them are no longer active.
I received one response and after a few exchanges the position was filled.
I canceled the next day but am not able to get a refund. Waste of time and money.

The service failed to provide us with any single candidate we could even interview. I was contacted by timewasters who did not return phone calls or answer specific questions.

Furthermore, I am so deeply upset that their website seems to have tricked me into an ongoing subscription yet I proactively chose a 3 month period and not the annual one. They refused to refund me and referred me to terms and conditions buried deeply in their website.

I strongly advise against using this service. Not only is the quality of the service poor, they rip you off as well.

Total scam. Was on there for 6 months and not one person responded to my ad or my emails to them. Finally realized they are all fake profiles. Glad I didn't pay for that scam. Signed up for care.com and within a few hours I had 10 people email for the position. They need to take that site down for being fraudulent and stealing people's money.

"CC.Housekeeper.com" in quotes is how it appears on my credit card. The phone listed to call them is out of service. There does not seem to be a way to discontinue them billing me $39.00 a month. I finally had to cancel my credit card. Not blocking your credit card works, because blocking your credit card only stops "new charges", not reoccurring ones.

There are lots of negatives reviews about this company pay attention. Yes you should they seems to be using old members profiles saying they need work and making it read a few days or a week ago. No way all of those folks got jobs that quick or needs extra hours anyway. So what will happen you got a dead group of old members who quit or been scammed out of money and ran.. So you will get person claiming to be interesting in you AD. When
i saw the scam this same person said they can't pay the membership they can't afford it. The big lie to that each member seeking work or a member wanting to hire has to first pay before you can really connect. So the only trick to come up with i can't to be hired.
I Was lucky my bank flagged the payment as i am seeing this site is fake. So read reviews this company don't seem to have members to hire for your request. So you are paying for what reads to be a service just not there. Who is at a lost You will be.

Very disappointing. I paid for a month of time and they changed me for three. I set up meetings with three housekeepers at Starbucks. One did not show up, one lied about having transportation, arrived on a bicycle to the interview with her dog and after we scheduled a trial day she informed me she had breast and brain tumors. The third lied about her criminal record and oxi addiction. They do absolutely no screening of the candidates. You are on your own. American Express is investigating the over charging. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS CANADIAN COMPANY.

Website is a complete scam. NO REFUNDS. I was applying to the website and you couldn't even do anything without going premium. Once I went premium, I didn't get any responses from homeowners. I was hoping it wouldn't be a scam site because it would've been super convenient for me and my schedule. So I wasted $19 and they don't do any kind of refunds. Don't waste your money!!

This place is a total scam! I had to call my bank and report them for a refund. Do not use them unless you like giving your money to scammers. Report them to FB as they use that platform to advertise.

First they offer all these representations of housekeepers, then ask you for contact info. THEN say you have to pay money to housekeeper to get access to these people. It is a scam.

Really inappropriate that we cannot call them directly. The cleaners are not in my location. No refunds are available and I spent $160 for nothing! This place needs to be shut down as it is a scam.

Housekeep is a joke, they specialise in employing those unable to make ends meet then constantly fining cleaners for late jobs etc. EXPLOITATION is the word! £9 pound an hour and their charging £15 per hour, then housekeep try every which way they can to claw that back! The whole website and company are unprofessional, further more they don’t employ professional cleaners just poor souls with no other choice! So next time you need a clean DO IT YOURSELF

I believe this is the most useless tool the internet has the offer because you have to pay for something that's probably a scam

Wish I had read these reviews first. Just got charged triple by them and realized right after I signed up that it wasn't the type of site I needed. I immediately cancelled and they refuse to refund my money or acknowledge they over charged me. Do not use them!

webside just forced me to pay subscription and sending me fake messeges frome fake people to convince me that there is interest. But you have to subscribeto be able to response. Not usefull just wasting of time

If you are an honest person looking for dependable, reliable and honest assistance. DONT look here. Never had any serious problems with the administration, however VERY disappointing results with the "housekeeping " One came at an agreed rate to do a deep clean. I had to adjust my schedule on that day by a couple hrs. It happens. But she wanted to come. So I let her work. Halfway through the job. She said it was late. 3pm. Explained her husband needed supper. She asked to be paid and said she'd return to finish. Then when I asked her to do so. She refused unless I paid even more money.

3 weeks later. I decided to take one more chance. I hired two people to deep clean. As they said it was necessary to start a working relationship. I agreed. They were over 3 hrs late. Then halfway through the job the lady said she needed to run her partner home. And would return later. 6 days later. After basically disappearing for "emotional " reasons. She wanted her stuff back. Which I gladly gave. And she gave me a big long explanation about it being hard. Being a single mom. Which touched my heart. I was raised by a single mom. So reluctantly I agreed to let her finish. Which she told me as a courtesy and apology was free. And we'd start fresh the next time. I said no worries and agreed to have her back. To make a long story short. I was burned out of my wallet a total of about 150 dollars. They busted my mini blinds. And caused discord in my home. It may not seem like alot. But being a disabled veteran and caretaker for someone who suffers from diabetes. Im on a fixed income. That really chapped my backside. I dont blame the website owners necessarily. But the people here. At least in North Florida are TERRIBLE. I guess I'm stuck with paying for services I can't afford or doing it myself.

This website is a SCAM!!! I was made to commit to paying for their service BEFORE knowing how many qualified housekeeper candidates there were to choose from. So after paying I found they only had 2 in my area and only 1 that qualified for my needs. When I messaged her, she replied by saying that she did NOT have a job post on the website, AND she was not even a housekeeper!!! So I could only assume they put up fraudulent posts. Obviously I cancelled and I attempted to contact them to complain about their fraudulent practices and get my money back, I could not reach them and did not get a reply to my message. That was many months ago, and to this day I still get emails for them saying that they have housekeeper candidates wanting to contact me, BUT I would have to PAY in order to see their messages... what a SCAM!!!
