I agreed to accept an alternative driver but it turned up with no adjustment tool having paid £399 for it.
If you want good service do not use hotgolf they are useless
Go to clubhouse golf instead they are on the ball and have in stock what it says on the website not like hotgolf who say it’s in stock then take your money knowing they don’t have it .
They ruined my sons birthday present be warned they are bad.
I also didn’t get my 5% discount for my first order.👍
Update just got 10% discount paid into my old bank I’m not with anymore so won’t see that spoke to Carl who seems a decent bloke but the way they work is unbelievable I give up hotgolf are no good lying crooks who tell you anything to get your custom you have been warned

They refused to send the adjustment tool so I returned the driver only for them to say they haven’t received it so having to go to trading standards.

Ordered a Powakaddy CT6 c/w free gift of a travel cover. Emailed to tell them that trolley arrived on time, all good except no travel cover. May sound petty but the travel cover was necessary to keep inside of car clean. 4 emails later and still no acknowledgement of any email. How difficult is it ? Quick enough to reply when I was paying £650.

My recent experience OF HOTGOLF was truly excellent but regretfully the same can't be said of the product I purchased - a Bushnell Phantom 2 GPS. It would take me a week to write the essay that would be needed to even outline the problems which I had with the device's inaccuracy and the shambolic situation that exists with regard to Bushnell's support and customer service in the UK. Eventually returned it as a useless device to Hotgolf for a full refund and purchased a Garmin Approach G12 instead which they dispatched immediately and I received within a day. Unlike the Phantom 2, the Garmin appears to be functioning perfectly. While I will never consider buying a Bushnell product ever again, I will most certainly not hesitate to use Hotgolf in the future because their levels of customer care and service are absolutely first class. A particular word of thanks must be expressed to Jess in Customer Services who handled my problems with such efficiency and courtesy.

Recently purchased the Taylormade SIM2 stand bag from HotGolf. By far the best price around. Next day DPD delivery and great customer service. Can't fault this company.

Ordered an Motocaddy m5 trolley on line which arrived as promised but developed an issue first time out. Quick email and call to Marie at Hotgolf who was friendly efficient and sorted me out a replacement which I collected a couple of days later. Great customer service and highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ordered a set of irons on Tuesday, midday, website says 24hr delivery for orders over £100. Not a word from them all week, gave them a call on Friday to be told my order would be at least 3 weeks. Poor communication and customer service. Shame because they were the best price for the irons I wanted. Buyers beware

Item was not delivered and when I chased it up my email to Sales received no reply. I finally spoke to somebody in customer service who promised to sort the problem out and email me back the same day; nothing has been heard and no item received. I will have to go through Paypal for a refund.
UPDATE: My item arrived this morning, which shows that my request was chased up by customer services. However, had I been sent an email to let me know what was happening as I was told I would be, then I would not have left my initial poor review.

Appalling customer service from a company that told me they are too busy to reply to any emails or answer phones. Ordered a brolly 8 days ago, I asked would it be here by the Monday, was given reasonable assurance it would. Spoke to the company on the Monday, assurance given it was dispatched on the Thursday. After an email going unreplied to I spoke to the company with difficulty via phone... they eventually admitted the brolly wasn't dispatched the previous Thursday as promised but was only dispatched today... one week later. Still yet to receive it

I have used Hotgolf for numerous purchases and must say that the service has been above excellent. However, something is currently not working as items I ordered two weeks ago have not been received, more worryingly my e-mails and numerous calls remain answered with the phone ringing out and cutting off. I hope they sort this out and get back to the service they are well know for. UPDATE - Normal service has been resumed, contact made, problem sorted, great attitude, happy and smiling Customer now.

I ordered a Powakaddy Trolley and with the Hot Golf first time buyer discount and the free trolley bag it was the best deal I could find. Easy to order online. Because I ordered after 1:00pm I did not get next day delivery so make sure you order before 1:00pm.

I’ve made three separate purchases from Hotgolf and their service and delivery has been excellent to date.
After applying their HOT5 discount code (which is very simple), they came out top for price every time.
There isn’t one product I’ve looked at that they don’t have available for delivery within a couple of days.
I also noticed they don’t take payment until the order is secured for delivery which is reassuring.
I can’t fault them and look forward to visiting the store when Covid regs allow.

Ordered a new tour bag and there were a few issues with delivery (mainly the couriers fault) however hot golf were brilliant, especially Marie in customer service who was extremely helpful, they even threw in some balls as an apology for the inconvenience. Will definitely use again!

Ordered an electric trolley which had problems but that was to do with the product itself. They were helpful, attentive, understanding and got it sorted with minimum fuss and maximum happiness on our part. Special word for Marie in particular who is an absolute star. Highly recommend this company and will buy from them again without hesitation.

Ordered a new wedge on Sunday, received on Tuesday, brilliant service, would use again.

I purchased a Masters SL650 golf bag from Hotgolf. The product was excellent and so light. Unfortunately, after a period of time, one of the carry straps broke. As the product was under warranty, Hotgolf supplied a replacement. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for the excellent support received from Michelle, Jess and Marie in these very difficult times. Hotgolf have an excellent range of product and are very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to use in the future.
