They were 100% supportive of the projects that were being creative. I honestly can say they covered every angle, from patience to quality, to speed. Especially patience with the process, as I was new to this type of undertaking. I can literally say this is the best customer service that I have received online...ever! I do not have to say this, but it must be said. Their service is second to none. I will come back to them indefinitely. I can, with all honesty say they are the best in the world at this. I can honestly say I’ve been very pleased with my experience with Hot ghost writer! The staff are all friendly, professional, and very helpful but what surprised me the most is how attentive they were in guiding me through the whole process of writing and publishing my book. I assumed once the book was written and narrated, which is what I paid for, they would sign off and I would have to figure out marketing and distribution on my own. This was not the case. After everything was written they were there to continue to provide Guidance, advice, and helpful resources and getting me to the point of earning royalties. I have only recently started using HotGhost with 1 book finished and work going on with the second one, but already I am impressed with their service.
My writer is doing an excellent job, I just booked her for my 3rd book, and she is very receptive to my suggestions and comments. She comes up with some very good story ideas and incorporates my suggestions into the story.
My first experience with an editor wasn't as good, but my manager was more than willing to work with me, and she provided me with a different editor who did an excellent job and provided me with a well-edited book.
I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
