Ofereceu condições que não encontrei em outros sites. Inclusive enquanto alguns sites não disponibilizavam vagas para o hotel que eu queria, o hotel 21 conseguiu. Tudo muito rápido e simples.

Booked a hotel with free cancellation and when I received my booking confirmation, the booking said there was a 30% cancellation fee. Had a screenshot of the booking that said free cancellation but the company still didn’t accept the booking was free cancellation and are refusing to refund the full amount

Scam. When I got to the hotel they had my name but no reservation or payment. Absurd and humiliating. I had to pay again!

They took my payment online. and when I arrived to the hotel they have a hidden resort fee. Customer service is unresponsive. And everything is no refundable

The hotel needs to change all the mattresses and pillows. The mattress in my room was all irregular and bumpy. My body ache and could not sleep properly any night . The ubication is excellent but they need to care more about the beds . If you are in your 40’s or 50’s do not come here .

scam dont use they charged me the total amount for my stay when i called the property they said they dont have my booking on their system and they need confirmation number i contacted the site support several times with no use it is a scam website
