We’ve been using HotelFriend for a while now, and overall the experience has been excellent. The PMS itself is great. It is intuitive, reliable, and covers all the essential operational needs of our hotel.
What we especially appreciate is the Booking Engine Pro. It allows us to upsell in a smart and structured way, create tailored arrangements, and even manage events seamlessly. This has opened up additional revenue streams without adding complexity to our daily workflow.
A big advantage for us is the flexibility: we use three separate booking links (essentially three booking engines), each dedicated to a specific goal. Despite this setup, everything remains perfectly synchronized with the PMS, works in real time, and provides clear, essential reports.

We were looking for a simple system to cover the essential needs of our hotel, and HotelFriend Core was exactly what we needed. The purchasing process on the website was clear and easy, and we could quickly add extras like Premium Support. Since implementation, everything runs smoothly and the support team responds quickly whenever we have a question.

I really like this PMS; the system has all the essential products and options for customizations. We wanted to optimize our invoices, and it was easy to do with HotelFriend. Also, we were looking for extra reports that are essential for our hotels, and it was only possible to do so with HotelFriend. No other PMS that we talked with was able to do it. We are really satisfied with this provider!
