one of the most shitties companies,everyday same problem like we pay for 1000 mbps and we don't get it most of the times its just below 100, they fix it for a day and then same thing technical issue and the internet becomes bad again

Haven't been with them too long.When i come back home after 6 days i had lost wifi..called in technician sorted tv out by my ipads have lost connection..totally???..I even have issues with hot mobile loosing connection in.my home town and not getting the 600 speed that i am paying for..

My account was suspended

The worst customer service. Charged me for months even though I want using the internet (because it didn't work) and asked them several times to remove me.

I didn't have internet for 11 days and still have to pay for a full month. They give me a return of 10 nis. I spent a lot of time to get my internet and money back.Money I didn't get though. Poor service, bad attitude towards customers(. If possible, take any company other than this one.

If it was possible to give them less than a 1 star rating i would. Despite sending them a recording of confirmation from their side that the subscription was cancelled, they still continue to bill me. Even after finally getting hold of someone who promised to get the manager to call me back, still waiting for them. In short avoid using them at all costs, almost impossible to get hold of them as well.

It is impossible to contact them!
I tried freezing the internet - impossible for two weeks to contact them.
I tried reporting a technical problem - impossible to contact them.
Extremely bad experience!

Internet unstable. No support. If you call takes hours to get someone to talk unless you want to buy something from them.

You can use their services if u want to feel like an idiot. Whenever I have the chance to never use this provider again I will be a happier person.

You start with archaic infrastructure, that was breaking monthly.
Connection issues were deteriorating with each day. In the end there were disconnections each evening or so.
Instead of improving infrastructure, services or communication they look for legal loopholes to grab your hard earned money all the time. It is a pain to unsubscribe from the service: when you do, make sure to both cancel via netek.co.il and by phone, leaving one of these open allows them to keep charging, and they will always claim they never received mail, or did not get a call...

Only 1 month and so much bad experience from this company
1- Made a triple deal phone internet and tv for 209 ILS, after 1 month the bill arrived for 314 ILS.

2- everyday we have disconnection, 5 technicians arrived and the problem was not solved.

Their service is obviously unprofessional, I suggest you stay away from this company and avoid their services.
