Really exceptional customer service on their chat. No wait and they fixed my problem within minutes. Their hosting packages have competitive rates and include privacy and SSL and daily backups. Other hosting companies charge extra for all of those features. The hosting itself is very reliable and fast. I am very happy with their service overall. Really dependable company.

I am buying the package Budget Shared Hosting for a try. I have a problem, when I upload in file manage after uploading the WordPress file then server hangs. not work. 3 times I upload file then Cpanel did not work. it's embarrassing or waste of time. i am suggest talking with admin if problem.
