The service I received was prompt

The service I received was prompt, efficient, and the Johan was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner. The overall experience left me satisfied and I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Fast, efficient and friendly support

Johan at Hostking is fantastic! He's always quick to help out and goes above and beyond to assist with any question or problem.

He makes sure you understand everything clearly before you move forward. That kind of support is what keeps me coming back to Hostking for all my needs.

After moving the system to Hostking

After moving the system to Hostking, the Technical guys (Darren and Darshan) really assisted in addressing the issue that we had which was the connection to MariaDB, we later realized that we needed to use MySqlConnector instead of MySql.Data to resolve the issue. The technical team are always available online, they go extra mile to assist you, they even help you to research the issue and send you the links to use.

Above and beyond service

I was having an issue with my billing with hostking. Johan from support stepped up and went above and beyond to assist me to rectify it. He kept me updated every step of the way. He is truly an asset to the company

Over and above what was expected.

Darshan went out of his way to assist me. I was expecting to spend a great deal of time restoring a website that had broken. Not only did he do the update I requested, but he also restored the site in double quick time. What a pleasure!
