Having hosted guests for a few years now I find the experience a positive one. The clarity of the documents given to me and to the guests at the start of each stay means that both host and guests know the rules, this gives confidence to both parties . The staff at Hosting Power are professional and available to help should the need arise.
I would recommend them to potential hosts.

J'ai utilisé Hosting Power pour une location longue durée et j'ai vécu une expérience catastrophique, à la fois avec les propriétaires et avec la plateforme elle-même.

1. Des hôtes malhonnêtes et violents
J'ai été confrontée à deux propriétaires successives qui ont menti sur l'état des logements, m'ont agressée verbalement, m'ont surveillée en permanence et ont inventé des dégâts pour me voler ma caution. L'une d'elles m'a même bloquée sur WhatsApp pour éviter toute communication.

2. Hosting Power ne protège pas les locataires
J'ai payé des frais de service élevés pour une "médiation". Résultat ? À chaque fois que j'ai signalé un problème avec preuves (photos, messages), Hosting Power s'est déclaré "neutre" et m'a renvoyée vers des hôtes violentes et non coopératives. Ils ont validé des retenues de caution sans exiger la moindre preuve des propriétaires.

Bilan :
J'ai perdu plusieurs centaines d'euros à cause de cette plateforme. Si vous cherchez un logement, passez votre chemin. Hosting Power est cher, inefficace, et pire encore : il vous expose à des personnes malveillantes sans jamais vous défendre.

Ne faites pas la même erreur.

Love hosting with hosting power there always there if you need anything and there very quick in getting students for you. Wooden use anyone else.

Always very helpful regardless of time. It was simple and easy to rent our room. No hassle. Just easy. The staff are very friendly and approachable every time.

I have been hosting guests through Hosting Power for a few years now. They are a fantastic company to deal with. Firstly, they check the background of each guest individually, provide all paperwork necessary including house rules, guest weekly payment schedule and are always prompt with replies. I find Hosting Power are committed to excellence ensuring both guests and hosts have a positive experience. The Hosting Power App is also great and easy to Navigate.

Im with Hosting Power a number of years now,and I just can't find one thing I could fault.
Staff are so helpful, prompt with their replies and my Guest are always lovely, polite and I have some who are now firm family members of my family.
Two of my former guest in particular one form Palestine who stayed with me for over a year,is now married, living in Ireland and im officially the Irish Nana of their first born.We visit regularly and make contact with each other on a regular basis.
The second is from Malaysia and now lives and works in Dublin.
He is a regular visitor to our home for weekend brakes as we are now his Irish family and this is his Irish home.
We have built fantastic relationships with in particular with these two men.
Our lives and family are now enriched because of these 2 separate stays in our home.They started out as compleat strangers and now are family to us.
I couldn't recommend Hosting Power highly enough.

We accepted a guest who subsequently accepted the booking on their side. After confirming same day we would revert in 2 days to confirm arrival time on the agreed start date booked we received a number of messages from tenant ranging from viewing room prior to moving in, seeking an earlier start date then what was agreed , seeking to extend term booked and seeking to pay rent monthly - all before the guest started their tenancy. Feel the terms and conditions are clearly outlined for both sides when booking and this resulted in having to cancel the booking which meant room remained idle for number of additional days.

My first time to let a room is a good experience. Both myself and the tenant have contracts that make the process clear and easy to live with. The Hosting Power are readily available to answer questions as issues happen.

Hosting Power have secured me a tenant without me having to make much of an effort! I liked the fact that I could chose a tenant that I felt was suitable for me & my son it’s important that we are all comfortable together . I found all Hosting Power’s emails to be very helpful & friendly . I can’t thank them enough
