Hostico Arvostelua 15

Experiență dezastruoasă cu Hostico. Am plătit peste 5000 de euro pentru un server și după mai bine de 24 de ore cPanel-ul tot nu este configurat. Nu putem lucra absolut deloc.

Nimeni nu răspunde, nici office, nici suportul tehnic. SMTP-ul nu funcționează, iar la problemele cu baza de date nu primim niciun fel de ajutor. Tichetele sunt ignorate complet.

Lipsă totală de profesionalism și de comunicare din partea echipei actuale. Sincer, suntem extrem de dezamăgiți și nu recomandăm Hostico nimănui care are nevoie de un serviciu serios.

servicii slabe la preturi destul de mari .Plus mi-au picat toate site-urile si nici macar nu m-au anuntat , sunt jalnici , nu recomand

Worst, lack of professionalism, support zero. Is not worth to buy anything from them. And its not only me who is saying this.

Been using various services (VPS & Web Hosting) provided by Hosting for over 5 years.

The offender services are of high quality compared to the price point.

Sadly, this would have been a 5 star review, but their support team seems to do not care anymore. 90% of the time they are not helpful at all, or just link you towards a blog post and then leave it be.

I had several issues with their support, but the last one convinced me to write this review.

I had a question regarding an error that i had encounter, i did beforehand my fair share or research including a poorly details blog post from hostico. I've been passed trough 3 support agents, to get nowhere.

Hope they will resolve this issue with their support team. In the meanwhile I've already started to check for alternatives.

Nu vreti sa aveti o colaboarare cu aceasta firma. Este un dezastru total. La orice problema iti raspund ca tu esti de vina. Te obliga la migrari regulate cu cresteri de pret. La fiecare migrare nu mai merge nimic. La fiecare migrare intra ei si fac modificari in cod fara sa intrebe , modificari care duc la nefunctionarea site-urilor.

Este un dezastru total.

Der eine Stern ist eigentlich schon zu viel. Ich habe so einen Service in dieser schlechten Qualität noch NIE erlebt. Ich bin Kunde bei hostico.ro. Alle Bewertungen der anderen "Bewerter" können nur gekauft worden sein. Seit Jahrzehnten bin ich professionell im Hostng-Bereich unterwegs. So eine schlechte Technik, vor allem so einen schlechten Support dazu habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es "nur" eine Frechheit zu nennen wäre stark untertrieben!!! Ich beziehe mich hier auf den Support-Chat und: eben alles was die Umsetzung möglicher Optionen bei einem Hosting-Paket betrifft. Sucht ihr einen Hoster mit ".ro"-Domains? Bitte nicht Hostico!!! Es ist halt wie in leider vielen Bereichen hier in Rumänien: versprochen wird viel, gehalten eher wenig bis "NICHTS". Mir fehlten als "Neu-Rumäne" die Optionen.

Am 2 pachete de găzduire la ei pentru clienți și merge f bine, deasemenea îl mai am optimizat eu site-urile prin cloudflare și plugin-uri. Exemplu optimizare site premiumwp ro (my small bussines)
