Is it your company policy & philosophy in not responding to customer complaints. I had written to the Grievance Officer on 14 Aug 18 and followed up with another mail and no response so far. And it is addressed to the Grievance Officer and he is not bothered to respond. Whom do we write for grievance against the Grievance Officer. Isnt there any one responsible for addressing Customer Complaints. Its sheer apathy, indifference & arrogance.

I have recently gone ahead with Hostgator for domain name registration of my website. I don’t think any service provider such good services. In hardly few minutes I was able to choose the domain extension (.com) for my specific business needs. Build website and uploading it is then hardly a task. Really Bad Service
My site is not working for past five days. But hostgator.in has not done anything in this regard inspite of many tickets. And now they have stopped the phone support and the online chat support. Customers can only write via email.
