Hoselink Arvostelua 

Horrendous quality product that has been significantly sun damaged after just six months. Customer service was just as bad and basically said “so what?”. Rubbish product. Rubbish company. Buyer beware.

Order HL1700978 Jan 2023. Installed December 2023 after renovations. You already have email correspondence

Sprayer is garbage. After less than a year it leaks from the connection at the bottom and out of the head - there's more water on the ground than in the garden. It can also be hard to turn it on/off, i think elderly people would really struggle with this. The hose doesn't fully retract most of the time even after pulling the entire hose out and slowly feeding it back in.
Better off buying a good quality pope or gardena with a trigger. At the very least you're not locked into their exclusive hoselink connector

Not what they used to be, the old man would be very unhappy about that, hoses kink, attachments last only probably a year and need replacing, very dissapointing

Purchased the retractable hose 18 months ago, just had an issue with a part on the hose. Sent an email asking if it was covered under warranty, received an email the next day advising it was covered and a new part had been sent. Exceptional customer service. Will definitely buy from Hoselink again, highly recommend.

I had an issue with a product I purchased in 2020 and was clearly out of warranty. However, the team at Hoselink went above and beyond to help with the replacement which was less than the RRP. They did not have to do this. They answered my email in a timely manner, offering solutions and treated my enquiry with respect. Thank you all.

Stand-up Weed Puller lasted just over a year with about 5 small townhouse yard uses before breaking clean in half. Stored inside out of weather.

Reached out to the customer service email 3 times and they didn't respond until 3rd party site reviews were made.

Update. Hoselink reached out and have replaced.

Initially ordered a product, then once delivered found I had to purchase extra just to get it to work.
Pressure hose is useless...won't clean up anything. Expensive waste of time..thanks for nothing..so called Aussie product....no wonder we are in the poop!

Great product, until it starts breaking connections or the hose doesn't roll up.
Because you have to reorder stock through the site, you then have to go buy a competitors brand to get through,so, save yourself some time and just buy something that you can drive down the street and buy parts.

Can't fault the product, we've been a long time customer for years and have several reels and accessories. But the last couple of orders have been ridiculously slow to dispatch. The last order took 4 working days to even leave the warehouse. In this day and age when it's not the busy holiday period and competitors can ship the next day this just isn't good enough. I also noticed that they've now stopped requesting feedback for orders

Purchased a 30m hose reel and the retraction of the hose was ideal at time of purchase. In time the wall bracket failed and broke as did two hand held control sprayers. The products appear robust when new but will inevitably fail with time.

I had a warantee issue and also a product that didnt quite work as expected. Contacted Hoselink and they were more than helpful. Great quallity customer service, responded in a timley manner, would buy again for both the product and the service.

The after sales service is second to none and there is no time limit following your purchase when this help is available. I have purchased two complete Hoselink systems at different times. Despite what might be considered wear and tear I have had parts replaced free of charge on two occasions. You certainly cannot get better service than this. I would recommend Hoselink without hesitation.

Overall, I give Hoselink 4 out of 5 for very good products which I have been using for about 10 years. I have one small issue with the spray guns where the plunger behind the trigger lever continually gets stuck on each of the 4 spray guns attached in my yard taps so that the spray gun takes quite a while to turn off when the lever is released. I am constantly dismantling the gun and having to clean and lubricate the plunger to free up the on/off valve. Is there an easier solution. I don't have hard water.

I purchased 2 Hoselink retractable hose units 12 months ago. Everything works just fine with the exception that both fittings where the nozzle attaches to the hose leak constantly. The result is that your shoes and clothes get soaked whilst you're watering. Hoselink, to their credit, exchanged one without charge and it was okay for about a month or so, but has now started to leak again. I firmly believe the design of the fitting is seriously flawed.

I bought a Stand-up weed puller. The product was sturdy and did its job well but the weeds were very deep and had roots like carrots. I should have dug some of them out but instead managed to break the puller. Hoselink gave great after-sales service and agreed to replace it without hassle.

Long time customer but last 2 orders have been absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the 23rd September and even know its in stock it hasn't been sent and wont be until 16th October. Then wont receive it for at least a week meaning a month between order and receiving . No notification of the delay is the main concern and excuse that we are changing systems just isn't good enough

Great product. I have put up with bad hose connectors for so long. Their connectors are very well designed. No leaks, easy to install - bayonet style. Just align and twist. Just try with one set of connectors - you will be amazed. Before I go sounding like a salesman, I am just a very happy customer.
Also, I discovered on their website an auger. I used to struggle with digging holes manually. Now with the auger attached to my cordless drill, it is a breeze.
Wish I had known you earlier. but better late than never.

When you buy from Hoselink you are buying directly from the manufacturer.... at no time is China mentioned until the box arrives , shonky advertisers by a shonky traitor!
