Hose Rhodes Dickson - Freshwater Arvostelua

Peter and Bethany have been amazing! From putting our property on the market in April 2025, having two sales collapse, and seeing us through the third one which was less than easy, they have supported us all the way. Would have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks!

Fantastic service from Peter and Beth at the Freshwater office of HRD for the purchase of our new home in the village! We experienced complications with the sale of our house on the mainland but they were so calm, patient and understanding. Communication was always excellent and from the first call to arrange a viewing through to handing over our new keys and removing the board, the service was perfect. Highly recommended!

Both Peter and Bethany are very professional and knowledgeable but the qualities which we appreciated most through this challenging process of selling, were their caring and sensitivity towards us and our buyers. Thank you both…..very happy sellers.

Great Estate agents, both Bethany and Peter always willing to set up a viewings. Questions answered quickly. Collect keys quickly after completion.hifhly recommend.

From the moment we contacted HRD in Freshwater we had excellent service. Bethany & Peter arranged several viewings of the flat we have now bought.

Nothing was too much trouble to them. They contacted the Vendors many times to answer our multiple Qs and went above & beyond to support us every step of the way

Their phone & E Mail communication was exemplary. We couldn’t have wished for more helpful, knowledgable and charming estate agents

We highly recommend this company

As first time buyers, Beth and Peter were always more than happy to help and replied to any emails quickly. We would definitely recommend them to others. Thankyou for all the support.

Peter and Bethany, in the Freshwater office, worked incredibly hard for us all the way through our sale. They kept us up to date at all times and we don’t feel that we could have had a better service.

Peter and Beth are amazing! They went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. They kept us updated and informed throughout the process. They are extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and they responded to all our enquiries with impressive speed. They made us feel like part of the HRD family. We couldn't have asked for better people to help us through such a significant step. Thank you!

We have no hesitation in recommending HRD Freshwater. Peter and Beth have been exceptional. Professional, friendly and great communication. Always happy to help. We had complete confidence in both of them and we are now sold . Great team . Thank you both very much .

We can recommend HRD Freshwater highly. The sale of our house was complicated and protracted due to external issues. Peter and Beth were always kind, patient and understanding when all was very stressful they helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. Always professional but clearly cared, it felt a very personal service. Not a car salesman type approach that some estate agents offer, we felt valued customers and that you do not see in an estate agent very often.

An exceptional team led by Peter with huge dedication and professionalism. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, I cannot imagine you will find better than Peter. In a difficult transaction he consistently went above and beyond. Moving house is difficult enough - my advice would be to use Hose Rhodes Dickson Freshwater.

Excellent local office, approachable, proactive and responsive. Move Manager left during the sale but I always felt the office staff were on top of things. Special thanks to Peter Barfoot

Our main contact was with Peter Barfoot, who kept us well informed along what was sometimes a tricky path. All arrangements for viewing, key collection and other matters were efficient and helpful.

Jane & Peter at Hose Rhodes Dickson Freshwater have been superb from sale to completion. Kept Very well informed throughout the sale.
