Hortons Arvostelua

Chris was great throughout the process of selling our home. He was professional and friendly from the initial meet to the completion of our home. Would highly recommend, thank you.

I recently sold my cottage through Hortons. From the outset Chris Goodwin was always available, always honest and happy to listen to any concerns at all times of the day.
He was always a calm voice whenever I had any concerns and coordinated everything to ensure a very smooth process, which I have always been led to believe can be very stressful. Chris took all of this away. I would recommend him 100% and am sure that anyone utilising his services will have the same positive experience that I did.
Thank you Chris!

We entrusted Zoe with the sale of our home and we are so glad that we did. She is very professional and supported us at each stage of the process. She was amazing at keeping us updated, even outside of office hours and we always felt she made the time to talk to us.
Thanks Zoe !

Our experience with Gianfranco, from the initial stages to the completion of our property transaction, was nothing short of exemplary. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout our journey, setting him apart as a truly exceptional estate agent.

Gianfranco's remarkable commitment to being accessible at all hours significantly eased the often complex and stressful process of securing a property. He consistently made himself available for any queries or concerns, ensuring we received prompt and effective responses every time. This level of communication was not only reassuring but instrumental in facilitating a smooth transaction.

Moreover, Gianfranco's friendliness and willingness to go beyond the call of duty were incredibly refreshing. He displayed a genuine interest in our well-being, meticulously working to ensure that our property aspirations were not just met, but exceeded. His personalised approach and tireless efforts made us feel valued and supported every step of the way.

In summary, our experience with Gianfranco was outstanding. His blend of professionalism, accessibility, and genuine care transformed our property journey into a positive and memorable one. We find it impossible to critique his work; instead, we enthusiastically endorse his services to anyone navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Gianfranco represents the epitome of excellence in estate agency. An absolute credit to Hortons. Highly recommended.

Nicole Beales was amazing. I cannot express enough how Nicole went above and beyond. Very professional and always willing to help and advise.
Thank you Nicole

Jennie is, by far, the best agent we have ever worked with. From first instruction, right through to aftersales, Jennie has continuously operated beyond a 'typical estate agents remit', and provided assistance and trusted advice wherever she could. Her experience and professionalism showed an invaluable service that is unmatched. Her strategy and attention to service led to two of our four properties selling for above asking price in a stagnant market, and broke records for £/sqft achieved in this area. I would recommend Jennie and Hortons to any other client in a heartbeat. - B Long, Property developer

From the point of enquiry through to completion and beyond, Jennie has offered a faultless service. With her clear experience, and superb communication, we couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Jennie Andrew was Outstanding in the way she conducted the purchase of our recent property. Thoroughly professional. It was not the easiest of transactions and her diligence and ability to handle all the parties with such diplomacy achieved a great result for everyone. I would highly recommend her.

Zoe at Horton’s has been amazing! Whilst we didn’t specifically use Horton’s for our house sale.. we definately would if we moved again, after dealing with her on our onward purchase. The amount of time and effort she puts into her work is amazing. Available at all hours/ days, with conversations over whatsapp at a time to suit you, always with fast replies, even weekday evenings and weekends. She even helped us negotiate getting the keys to our new house garage early on Exchange of contracts rather than having to wait for completion, which helped us massively moving a volume of equipment ahead of the main moving day. Highly recommend Zoe!

Jennie was really on the ball from day one. Great video of my property to start with and Jennie kept me informed of what was /would be happening all along. . Even offering to help me with the solicitors portal, if needed!
Plenty of interest in the property, several viewings and finally the offer we accepted.
A smooth sale from start to finish.
I cannot fault the service.

Zoe was brilliant and approachable when buying our new home!

Impeccable advice, support with guidance and an availability second to none. Our agent, Zoe, has been so instrumental in the sale of our our home, from first contact, excellent photos and offering various channels to publicise our offering through to her relentless pursuance of all aspects to final exchange. Wouldn't recommend looking any further.

Rachel was brilliant from start to finish, helping to make sure I could buy the house of my dreams and following up at every step to ensure things progressed quickly and smoothly. She went above and beyond to support me and I’m so grateful! Thank you Rachel & Hortons 😊

I have purchased my first home with Hortons and I have had such a good experience
My agent was Rachel Nichols and she was so helpful during all process, every question I had she provide an answer straight away.
Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing estate agent, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really went the extra mile doing our viewings on evenings and weekends. Nothing was too much trouble, would thoroughly recommend Nicole at Hortons. Thank you.

Rachel made the process of selling my home very easy. She was prompt to respond to queries and offered good advice when needed. Would highly recommend!

Chris Goodwin gave us a valuation, very professional and made us feel at ease. Very knowledgeable & excellent customer service as you could contact him 24/7 and he always replied straight away. Excellent photo's & video of our property. He kept us in the loop all through the sale & he told us things before our solicitor did! Would highly recommend Hortons.

Rachel was fantastic in both our sale and purchase! Great communication and a lovely character. Thank you again!

Chris Goodwin impressed us from our first contact, a request to view a property the following day. He arranged and accompanied the appointment, providing relevant information in a professional, polite and friendly manner. As soon as we asked him to market our home, he visited us the next day. Imaginative, creative photographs taken by him followed and our house was soon for sale with Hortons. All necessary documents arrived promptly electronically and Chris was available to help at every stage. Throughout the whole time, he kept us informed and was proactive on our behalf. He encouraged us to remain positive when there were delays but he was also realistic. He supported us throughout the whole process and we trusted him completely.
In summary, our experience of Hortons and Chris Goodwin in particular, was excellent.

Rachel Nicholas, who conducted the successful sale of our property was extremely professional, proactive, and diligent in every aspect of the process. At every stage I was totally confident that she had complete control of negotiations with our buyer and stakeholders. I would (and will) recommend her to any potential property seller.
