Hortons Arvostelua

Excellent service from start to finish although the sale seemed to drag on I was kept fully up to date from Nicole throughout the process, she handled everything very professionally & efficiently.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole from Hortons to sell our previous and new property.

Nicole demonstrated an excellent understanding of the real estate market and had an impressive knowledge of the local area. She provided invaluable guidance and insights, allowing us to make informed decisions throughout the entire selling/buying journey.

Her exceptional communication skills and commitment kept us informed every step of the way. She promptly answered all our questions, provided regular updates throughout the entire process. We always felt supported and well-informed, which made the entire buying/ selling experience less stressful.

Her professionalism, combined with her friendly demeanour, made her a well trusted estate agent and we truly recommend Nicole.

From start to finish, Nicole went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful selling/buying process, and we would undoubtedly seek her services again in the future.

Rachel was the estate agent for the house we were purchasing & was absolutely fantastic. Consistent communication, hhe helped with anything we needed, was very friendly and supportive.

The personal touch!
Had house on the market with a national company- little communication from them, and unsuccessful.
Then marketed by Nicole Beale (Hortons) who was personable, proactive and contactable 7 days a week. She kept me advised every step of the way, very reassuring. Finally, she chased each conveyancer in the team to completion. Would highly recommend her!

Nicole Beales was the estate agent during the purchase of our first home. She kept us well informed, made us feel comfortable and overall made the buying process feel somewhat easy!

We can’t recommend her enough and will definitely use her services in the future if we come to sell our home.

Rachel. Was really understanding of the reason we were selling. She was supportive all the way along and was always at the end of the phone.

She continued to chase people in the chain to ensure our sale and purchase conpletef

As first time buyers, we recieved incredible support from James. Having been on many, many viewings with other agents before finding our house, we can say with certainty that James was the best we encountered. He was helpful and informative during the viewing and was the only agent to actually give us any degree of privacy to discuss the property during our visit. James handled our viewing fantastically and gave us the space to envision our new home when we had been close to giving up.

James was also incredibly supportive throughout the process. He had excellent, regular communication with us.

What's more, James was also very accommodating when we wanted to collect the keys, meeting us at the property and giving us another chance to ask any questions. He even gifted us a bottle of fizz to celebrate! 🍾

Thank you for all your help!

From the first viewing we liked Gianfranco very much. He is an open and honest person to deal with. It was so refreshing to find that in an estate agent ! We always knew exactly where we were with our purchase, and Gianfranco kept both us and the vendors up to date at all times. Lovely guy! We would most definitely recommend Gianfranco!

James and team at Horton’s made the sale of our house a very smooth process with excellent communication throughout and upmost professionalism. The photography that James does is outstanding and shows off every aspect and detail of your home that you would like to promote. Would definitely recommend James and his team for anyone looking to sell or buy their next home.

We have just moved house with the help from Zoe at hortons. She was helpful and kept us informed at all times.

Ended up doing viewings myself and this company reduce house prices to force sales. Dodgy as anything. Going to report them.

Our experience with Horton's, and Zoe in particular, has been refreshingly smooth sailing! Zoe has been incredible from start to finish. Zoe is a great communicator, keeping us updated throughout and chasing solicitors and other parties promptly. We really appreciated Zoe's honesty and how reassuring she was throughout the process and we can't thank her enough!

Mark was great throughout the process even with all the market uncertainty and gave great advice that helped us get the best offer for our property. Would recommend!

Many thanks Hortons for the excellent service. Mark Taylor was amazing through out the process. Mark was very patient with us, providing excellent guidance and going over and above to ensure we got the best deal possible. I highly recommend Mark if you are thinking of selling your property.

Do not use anybody else! The service from Zoe has been absolutely fantastic we cannot recommend her enough, she went above and beyond what any of the solicitors had done . Communication was great and she is very professional and very reassuring. We had a nightmare exchange and completion but Zoe pushed every step of the way to ensure it went ahead. Thanks again Zoe you were amazing .

When it came to finding an estate agent to sell our house I had no doubt who it would be… you need someone who is extremely knowledgeable of your local area, approachable and who knows the market inside and out…. Gianfranco /Hortons is your guy! He sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market with offers over. Some say this is the hard part but oh no Gianfranco then had the constant questioning from a pregnant woman about the sale of the property. He dealt with all queries promptly and efficiently - I couldn’t fault him. An extremely positive experience, don’t bother looking anywhere else for an estate agent you’d be wasting your time and money! Cheers Hortons!

Jake from Hortons was superb,
Kept us informed throughout.
Great service

Rachel sold an investment house for me. From start to finish she was excellent and guided me through the whole process. Even when the buyer seemed to have cold feet, she picked him up and really looked after his every need to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend Rachel enough and rate how highly she is. If you looking to sell a house, use Rachel at Hortons.
