I have ordered from horton brasses 6 or 7 times. Every order has been perfect.Every product is the highest quality.What more could I ask for.

Excellent Service

Horton Brasses kept me informed about when my delivery would be and I am very happy with their product. The antique brass hinges match well with my 200 year old corner cabinet. Yes I am very pleased!

Needs to better attention to detail in parts picking

Shipped order same day. Received next day. Short half the posts for pulls. Called and they shipped the shorted parts. Received them late next day but they were the wrong size posts. Called following day to report problem. Shipped replacements same day which was a Friday. Haven't received replacements as of now (Monday). Should receive by end of day.

Fast service

I expected the usual service and extended days of shipping but this company is prompt with their delivery and it is good quality. I would definitely order from them agian.

Great Website; great service!

This was my second order with Horton with three or four years in between. Both purchases were handled flawlessly, delivery was prompt and the quality is outstanding. A great company!
