I have ordered a riding hat that i could not obtain in the UK, as no supplies available.
It has been in customs for 10 days and it states that a letter has been sent about customs charges.
Not happy at all as I was never advised of this. I shall not pay any more monies and have the hat returned for a refund.
Communication from this company was good until I stated I would be returning the hat
I would not shop here again. As you can see from other reviews, they do not want to refund your money. They won't reply to you.
Make sure you use PayPal or similar for protection.
Product unavailable on the right color, one month and still no refund.
After ordering from this company and not hearing back promptly about delivery details etc I checked on here and instantly regretted not looking before making my purchase as there are some terrible reviews, however responses were quick and courteous and my purchase arrived as described shortly thereafter, maybe they've gotten better than they were or maybe I was just lucky but I can't fault the service. Hope they keep it up!
Very disappointing experience with Horseworld EU. Delivery times were misleading, I was never informed it would take over a month. Despite my request, my order still not cancelled and no refund given. Totally unacceptable.
Wanted to add a positive experience. Have ordered several pairs of riding boots shipped to the US over the past 3 years. Communication has been excellent. Paid for faster shipping last time and it was well worth it as I received the boots in about 1 weeks instead of 3. The boots are way less expensive (about $200 less) here than it is to buy them in the US so a little delay is ok.
It’s been 2 months and the item is still not in stock. I was never told it was out of stock when I purchased it and the company will not refund me my Money. I’ve asked again and again for a refund. Never shop here!!!
It’s been 3 weeks and no delivery. I’ve now seen something from the delivery company saying something is not paid ? I’ve emailed horse world and been told I will expect a letter. I’m not interested in a letter just sort my delivery out!
More than three month after the reshipment, I'm still waiting for my money!!

Dies auch, nachdem ich Ihnen ausnahmsweise die Zölle gezahlt habe. Sie haben dies einfach selbst zurückgehalten. Die Bestellung kann trotzdem geliefert werden, wenn Sie die Versandkosten und die Kosten, die mir aufgrund einer unzustellbaren Sendung entstanden sind, bezahlen.
