I noticed a huge difference in a very short time - less overall stiffness, general balance and mobility. Additionally although my main goal with the program was not to lose weight, there was a noticeable improvement in muscle tone, and also overall body composition. Exercises were easy to follow, clearly laid out and kept me engaged. Overall a great program and would recommend!

It was the best day when Danielle Curzon introduced me to Karzan Hughes' The Horse Rider Fitness Academy. I had an issue with my asymmetry when in the saddle which resulted in me riding with uneven stirrups to try & straighten my upper body. But of course this resulted in making me and my horse more unbalanced. With Karzan's online coaching and planned exercises to help me, my stirrups are now level, my upper body straight in the saddle, I feel fitter and I have a more balanced horse. I can't recommend The Horse Rider Fitness Academy highly enough.
