Multiple orders through this company and the quality and service never drops at all. The mead is incredible, great quality on the horns, the shirts actually last too and good quality. Can't think of anywhere else I'd shop, especially for the mead. Absolutely great quality.

Originally ordered 2 bottles of Mead and a gift bag. Within the hour I received an email advising me that the gift bag wasn't suitable for my bottles as it was too small. I was given a refund for the gift bag right away.
Delivery and packaging was exceptional too. In fact we've kept the bottle packaging to use on camping trips to keep our drink safe in transit 🙂

I bought a customized horn for my Dad. It came perfectly wrapped. Undamaged. The quality is amazing. You can tell that there was a lot of care that went into it. Always answered my questions within 24-48hours.

These came out great, and I had no issue with the long wait time. These are masters of the craft and any good crafstman with enough time can turn anything into gold.

So I recently placed an order for Valentine’s Day and (unknowingly) mistakenly put the wrong email on my order, was worried when I wasn’t receiving updates or confirmation on my order so got in touch with customer services, and it was a 10/10 experience. Alyssa was patient, polite and so helpful!! We exchanged a few emails, and Alyssa managed to find my order and put my correct email on it (after gently letting me know I had put the wrong bloody email lol) I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with customer service! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again for all your help Alyssa!! I can’t wait to give my other half his present, and can guarantee I will be buying from here again!

So I ordered this product for the first time, and I live in Los Angeles, California. And I have to say that the product made it here in amazing condition. The mead was well taken care of and transported. Aside from a slight delay in delivery. The waiting was worth it and the drink was amazing. I have to say that for a fan of mead and Viking tradition, this is one of the most cherished products I have received. And I will recommend it to all Viking brothers & sisters out there. Ordered the Heather artisan mead. Wasn't for me, I'm sure it tasted as supposed to but really wasn't for me. Also ordered an oath ring that turned my wrist green. Nothing a bit of clear nail polish couldn't fix, but still.

I would like to retract my previous review the product I received was well worth the wait. I’ve had a few products close to this but not to the same quality. I’m more then satisfied with my purchase.

Quality and friendliness are the two things I found no short supply of in my dealings with this company. There was a little mishap with the computer system concerning my order, but the staff was extremely friendly and helped to resolve the issue quickly.
