Contacted customer service because part broke on Clug Roadie, sent me a replacement despite being out of warranty! Outstanding customer service.

We bought our two girls a nano horn each, and they love them. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of them so I contacted Hornit - the customer service has been exceptional and a replacement was sent out immediately. An absolute gem of a company and highly recommended.

Got a great balance bike for my son from Hornit, he is over the moon with it. The customer service was brilliant too, I had an enquiry and the response from Gigi was quick and very helpful. I would certainly recommend them and there products.

My products arrived this morning. Delighted with the product and fitted. Bikes now slotted into the Clug Hybrid.

Have suggested Hornit review delivery confirmation as had to chase and perhaps change the way they respond when a customer sends feedback, it's not defended but looked into. Perhaps just a bad day as previous comments on customer service is superb.

Great company with great products.
I ordered 2 of the Hornit Clugs, and they were dispatched really quickly. I then took a while installing them and realised, my bike tire was too small for the size i'd ordered on one of the Clugs. Emailed the team, and the excellent Gigi responded quickly and allowed me to easily change over for the smaller size. I now have both my bikes against the wall, and am very happy customer indeed!

I dealt with Gigi at Hornit - from start to finish I received 5 star customer service - very polite & friendly - prompt responses and dealt with my queries very quickly. Would 100% recommend purchasing from them.
