Support team is basically non existent
Support team is basically non existent, they never respond after the first reply and most of the plugins are full of bugs and glitches. I get that dude (saverio) is passionate but without a proper support team and issue solving this is doomed to fail.

I must admit frustrated from support
I must admit frustrated from the Support. During my Payment recently the Paypal form was for some reason raised twice and so i pay twice. Totally Impossible now to get the money back. I raised 3 Tickets in the Meantime which all got auto-closed.
I Think saverio needs to spend time also On Quality Control of ai support tool. I have many hornetplugins already but must admit this spoils the fun significantly and I am hestitant to buy more now.

Prices feels like steal
I've beeing using HoRNet plugins for a couple of years:
They make great plugins for WAY less than other devs, I feel they philosophy really honorable.
Some plugins are AWESOME, almost feel like cheating to get it for $5.
To make it clear, theese are not cheep utility plugins, they have almost everything you need for professional grade editing and mixing.
Support is good as well.
