I loved the packaging of the cards and they are very sturdy.
The instructions are easy to follow and having an illustration on the other side of the card depicting the name of the exercise is helpful.
I didn't have to wait long for delivery which is always a bonus. I use them every day and love them.

Love the Somatic Therapy cards. An Occupational Therapist/Yogi I use them with clients all the time. I also just gave a set as a gift.

The cards are hard to read because the print is so small on the one side. Somehow the text needs to be condensed and the print enlarged.

Not as profound as I thought they would be.

I have purchased the digital card as well as the physical cards from Horiakadi. I use both in my personal life and professional work. The kids I work with enjoy the movement cards and their parents appreciate the easy techniques. The physical cards are well packaged and sturdy and come with a handy block to hold a card while you learn the somatic exercise

The somatic exercises are easy for all ages and can be adapted for all ability levels. They are vibrant and give step-by-step guidance for how to practice the exercise along with tips to enhance the exercise.

I literally use them every day!

I took a DBT course through a hospital outpatient program several years ago. My daughter recently went through the program as well for severe anxiety, depression and SI. I bought these cards for her as she has autism and some learning disabilities. I felt like these cards are more accessible and easier to follow sometimes than the DBT book. Plenty of cards to choose from. They are numbered and put in sections according to the four DBT skill areas. Many cards will cross reference another card number, which is helpful. The color of the cards is soothing. They have helped my daughter with coping, interpersonal skills and assisted her with mindfulness. We pull a card out at random once a day and work on that skill for the day. Would recommend as it has helped us both so much. These cards would be beneficial for personal use or a therapy practice that uses DBT.

Original: I never received my order and I contacted them several times for about 3 weeks and never received a response. This company may be a scam site because their contact info is in the US but my order was shipped from China and they don't have a phone number listed, they don't respond to emails, nor to requests via their website. That being said, they did send a receipt and tracking information after purchase but that was the final correspondence.

The cards never arrived. I have been trying to contact you for at least a month. When someone finally responded they asked "Can you check with your neighbors?" Well, I don't know what kind of neighbors you have, been mine are straight up and would have brought me my package. Very disappointed with the handing of my order.

I purchases the Vagus Nerve Exercises and the Somatic Therapy Exercise card and have thoroughly enjoyed both decks. I have used both decks with my clients for stress reduction practices as well for myself. The craftsmanship and the easy-to-understand directions given on the back of the cards are excellent quality and information to support anyone using the cards for nervous system regulation support. I was looking and looking for a card deck that would help me memorize the skills, and every one I found just gave examples of like exercises for mindfulness like "take a 10 minute walk". Not really what I needed. But this is exactly what I need. Lays out the skills in a concise but comprehensive manner, so I can memorize them but also understand them at the same time.

I really like Horia's cards. She is also such a sweet human. The cards are simple, so visually striking, easy to use. I bought two different packs (the breathing one and the butterfly one, one in French, one in English)for two different therapeutical issues, and am looking forward both to use them personally and in my own practice eventually. They are for everyone, and especially if you've never looked into this, this is where you should start your journey !

These cards an excellent coverage of somatic exercises and polyvagal therapy for cPTSD, depression and anxiety and grief. It seems to cover more areas related to somatic therapy and polyvagal therapy than comparable cards or books which tend to concentrate only on one. I particularly like the exercises with the Heart Rate Variability. I’m using these cards with my therapist to help treat cPTSD.
