Hoops + Chains LDN Arvostelua

Great! Love the product. I had a problem with my discount code and it was sorted quickly.

Item was unavailable when ordered however staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue, my partner was over the moon, thank you so much. Extremely happy with product and service.

Gina and team were very accommodating, responding to all emails quickly.

I love the jewellery, will be recommending to friends and be buying more pieces

Great quality products Swift delivery.
Appreciated the free gift.

Bought socks. Look good quality but no material description or washing instructions. Not that I can see anyway!!

Always buy my jewellery with hoops and chains, quality stuff. Always comes so fast too, never any issues. The way I talk about this brand to everyone is exceptional, honestly couldn’t love their stuff more. I’m trying to be a brand ambassador I love it so much 🤣

Fab every time!

Fantastic jewellery, speedy delivery

Love the products on here, totally mint!

The team are great and responded to my query so quickly. Thanks for my necklaces. I love them x

Speedy delivery. Beautiful quality. I am so happy with my purchase.

I love my chain so much!
As soon as it was back in stock, I received an email and bought it straight away. It came quickly too - I’m so happy!

Shipping was super fast and the items are all great quality and super super cute!!

I bought the smiley studs for myself, plus the rave huggie. I also purchased the fuvkit necklace for my friend's 50th. She hasn't had it yet but I'm in no doubt she'll love it!
All good quality. I got three for two offer & free postage. What's not to love?!

I've loved hoops + chains for a long time now and was super excited to receive my order of three earrings. Unfortunately two of the three pairs were damaged, one had a clasp that was too lose and wouldn't stay closed, the other had a clasp that was too far from the connecting bit. I wrote to hoops + chains to let them know, and about 5 days later I received an email telling me that the Rhi Rhi earrings were out of stock but they'll have a root around to try and find something. No mention of the Shola. I thought they'd follow up the email at least letting me know about the pair they'd acknowledged, but they didn't, so there's currently still no resolution, I'm two pairs of earrings down, which were bought specifically for a festival on the weekend just gone, and I'm rapidly losing love for a company I once had so many good things to say about. I've been prompted twice to leave a review so here it is.

June 7th - 1st email to hoops + chains
June 11th - 2nd email hoops + chains
June 13th - Reply from hoops + chains
As of June 18th - No follow up from them with a resolution

Like many other people I stumbled upon this band on Insta and I was immediately intrigued. I ordered three items and all of them look and feel beautiful.
Also Hoops + Chains has amazing customer service. One if the chains I ordered was faulty and they replied quickly and went above and beyond to offer a satisfying solution. Just lovely. Will definitely order again.

Great delivery and great product. Cool and good quality products. Made for great gift!
