Hooplr Arvostelua

At first, I had a problem with my parking space, but after reporting it on my account, it got sorted out quickly.
Thanks Hooplr!

Quick and efficient response to a problem with my allocated space & all sorted very quickly. Very glad to have a space near to where I live, the hangars are popular and a great solution to people living in flats.

Good customer service responsive to needs and good cycle locker near my old flat

My customer experience has been tip top with Hopplr (co. taken over from Cyclehoop). Super responsive, rapid and really polite. Their team member Precious usually deals with my queries and she’s awesome. Thanks Hooplr!

Absolutely love Hooplr! It's so convenient as a product. The staff are so kind and supportive. I'd strongly suggest locking your bike up in one of their hangers!

I am really happy with the service I have received from Hooplr. The whole process was quick and easy, and having a secure and local place to store my bike is a massive bonus.

The storage is convenient, is really secure and saves me having to worry about leaving the bike outside or trying to squeeze it into the house. It is a great service and good value for money.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for secure bike storage.

So handy for keeping a bike while I’m in a flat, had no issues with it and the service was great would deffo recommend!

Great quality and hassle-free experience!

Great experience. Anna was very informative and went an extra mile to help me

I spoke to Anna and she was amazing!

Recently taken over the CycleHoop bike lockers in Manchester. The lockers are fine, the one I had wasn't really close enough to make it really useful.
Due to a bank change, 1 payment was missed. Within 2 days they'd locked me out and terminated the contract. I hate to think what I would have had to do to get my bike out. Luckily it wasn't in there.
Their emails are probably the most aggressive I've ever come across. They just really stink of an unpleasant company.
I had to go on a waiting list to get the locker, so I believe they are over subscribed. I'm sure they have someone keen to have my spot. Maybe that's their model, turn over their customers as often as they can. Their attitude has not left a pleasant flavour in my mouth.
