Here is my honest review of this Casino. I’m with them already 2 months and had both positive and negative experience.
Positive: lots of providers, quick withdrawal and amazing customer support.
Negative: I had a technical problem with one of the game, it charged me a bet and froze, so I lost the bet. I understand it was a problem of game provider but had to mention it, got my bet back from the support after issue was identified. Overall it’s 9/10 and continue playing with them.

Friend told me to try it and I’m glad I did. Registration took maybe 1 min, no deposit bonus was actually playable (rare), withdrawal came through by morning. Clean site 5 stars from me.

Put in for my withdrawal 0f £100 pounds on the 11 may heard nothing then said need to send documents sent them i needed to alteg one from a screen shot to a photograph heard nothing for days then they email me for my documents I sent them 5 days ago heard. Nothing since it's now the 23 of may 12 days and still not verified there not going to pay me I know that now but for people who are thinking of JOINING PLEASE DO NOT THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I have a pending withdrawal of £800 which has now gone well beyond the timeframe I was originally given.

Over several days I have been told multiple times that the withdrawal is in the “final stage” and would be processed “shortly,” yet it still remains pending with no clear explanation.

I have contacted my VIP manager, live chat, and also sent a formal email, but I continue to receive vague responses such as “please wait” or “you will receive an update soon,” without any actual progress or confirmed timeframe.

At no point have I been asked for additional documents or informed of any issue — the withdrawal simply appears to be stuck in ongoing review.

I would like a clear and honest update on:

- whether the withdrawal has been approved
- whether it has been sent
- and if not, what exactly is causing the delay

This level of delay and lack of transparency is very frustrating. I expect this to be resolved promptly and I will edit this post.

Absolute joke of a scam casino

Took over a week to verify documents despite chasing twice a day never hear back from support or the kyc department.

Once verified told my £100 winnings could not be withdrawn as I played a game where the bonus (which I made the wagering requirements on) was not valid and confiscated the money.

When asked who they are regulated by, met with silence and although based in Anjouan, there is nothing regarding their domain on the Anjouan Gaming Licensing site which makes them even more dodgy.

Also, if they don't get you with any other reason, their terms and conditions state:-

3.1.2. Users from certain jurisdictions (including the USA, UK, France, and FATF blacklisted nations) are not permitted to register or use the Website. We reserve the right to deny access to other regions at our discretion

So they will probably get you with that

I have just checked their terms and conditions and they have added a number of new games that aren't valid to use bonuses on but apparently they were last updated 12th November 2024

I hope people find this helpful and please steer clear

Was awarded a 5.00 bonus so checked their T' & C's and Piggy Riches Megaways was nowhere to be seen - played the bonus on the game and now - its on the list....

Still last updated in 2024 though....

Like the genuine reviews if you want a withdrawal don’t bother with this casino. Withdrew 257 support said 36 hrs To verify account after sending documents then a further 48 hrs then it was a busy workload etc withdrawal declined then all of a sudden my account verified they happy to take your deposits but will NEVER pay out
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Withdrawal made 5th January, it’s still sitting there 22nd January. Verified my documents. I’ve messaged many times get the same reply. There’s a back log . I think it’s a load of rubbish really and it’s not going to pay out

The website layout takes some getting used to and finding specific games is not always intuitive. That said the actual gaming experience is smooth once you know where everything is.
