I do not recommend Hoobuy. I've been waiting for my withdrawal for more than two months, and I still haven't received my money.

The chatbot gives nothing but automated, nonsensical responses, and the support team has been no better. Instead of providing real updates or solving the issue, they just keep delaying things and wasting my time with generic replies.

If you're considering using Hoobuy, be aware that if something goes wrong, getting your money back can become a long and frustrating process. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with how Hoobuy has handled my case.

My package was officially declared lost by Brazil Post (Correios), and for a long time I have been trying to contact your support to activate the shipping insurance. Unfortunately, every time I contact Hoobuy, I receive the exact same generic response: "We will contact the logistics company." After that, I receive no follow-up, no updates, and no solution.

This has been going on for weeks, and I still have no answer about my insurance claim.

In the past, activating shipping insurance through Hoobuy was simple and efficient. That gave customers confidence to shop on your platform. Today, the experience is completely different. Your customer service has declined significantly over the last few months, and it feels like customers are simply being ignored.

I was one of Hoobuy's biggest supporters. I recommended your platform to many friends, made several purchases, and even became a content creator promoting Hoobuy because I genuinely trusted your service.

Now, when I need support the most, I am left with nothing but automated replies and empty promises. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I am asking for a final resolution. My package has been officially confirmed as lost, and I expect Hoobuy to honor the shipping insurance without any further delays. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly and warn other customers about how insurance claims are currently being handled.

I sincerely hope Hoobuy values its loyal customers and resolves this matter as soon as possible.

Desde hace varios meses no procesan las compras (tardan hasta 1 mes) , tienes que escribir mil correos y no hacen nada. Luego lo cambian a enviado pero no se ha enviado nada. Dinero retenido desde hace un mes y no procesan el reembolso. Estafa total

I ordered for a low price and I have to say that it is a very trustful and quality good agent. I ordered for the first time and was surprised by the quality. The delivery took 10 days from china that s amazing.

My credit card information was stolen and used to buy product from hoobuy. My credit card company spotted the issue and cancelled my card and replaced it. They flagged the purchase as fraudulent. The charge was for $44.45 and hoobuy only refunded $41.49. Contacting the company is impossible from their website without joining and exposing email accounts to their system. Sure it's only a couple of dollars, but how often do they pull this and people can't be bothered to fight it.

Estafa total. Las prendas son de mala calidad y no como se describen antes de la compra. Te cobran comisiones por entrega y devolucion. Yo devolvi todo y perdi la mitad de lo pagado.

They used to be great and have great customer service, but from about 4 months ago till now, their service is pure garbage. It takes 4 months to cancel items, buy items from other agents and months to refund you. The service sound like a bot always asking the same question " Dear, may I ask if you want to cancel the order or urge for its processing?" as I stated tons of times i wanted to cancel the items as they take ages to go to the warehouse/ agent doesnt buy them, and have a refund. Really sad for such a poor service!

I have to do one star I'd really do negative -5 as I ordered 300 worth of stuff paid for at no point did they say u had to pay delivery cost on top I thought it was part of price anyway took 3 weeks to collect then when I said submit order they wanted another 500 dollars for delivery I was like no cancel but cannot get refund or money back either pay delivery fee or kiss your money goodbye absolutely a scam dishonest people hoobuy should be shut down I bought 300 dollars off stuff ended up with nothing they are just stealing avoid this place at all cost how can I spend hundreds of dollars and end up with nothing not even a refund it's stealing

First they didn't fulfill my orders, and then when I lost my refund, they didn't reimburse me. Terrible service, I don't recommend them.

Commande passer le 01/03/2026 arriver au centre de tri depuis le 27/03/2026 et plus de nouvelles aujourd’hui le 11/04/2026 toujour rien pas de notification pas de réponse plus rien depuis le 27 je déconseille vivement ce site très très long et j’ai envoyer des mail on me répond automatiquement le même chose et personne ces me dire où et passer le colis et pour un remboursement je net aucune nouvelle non plus très déçu de ce site ..

My two orders still show as purchased in the Hoobuy app, but in reality they were never paid. The vendor did not receive any payment, and the Weidian system has already closed the orders due to the deadline being exceeded.

This situation has been going on for days, which is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved immediately by placing a new order, since the previous one expired without payment.

Please handle this as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to publicly expose this situation on my social media, where I have a large community, as well as on Reddit, because what I am experiencing is something I would not wish on anyone.

i buyed 1 month and 10 days ago and still process pending and the support always says „we pushed the order sorry for delay"

So i have a question if I cancel the order , do i get my money back and how long does it take??

Scam!!!!! Finger weg! Artikel ausgesucht und bezahlt. Werden seit über 3 Wochen nicht von den agents gekauft. Bestellung storniert und Auszahlung auf PayPal angewiesen. Das Geld (160€) sind immer noch nicht da. Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
