Terrible Service - Now Resolved
Terrible Service,
We wrote the wrong address on our order so the item was returned to supplier. When we enquired about getting a replacement product/refund we’ve been completely ignored. It’s been two weeks and they have taken our money with no communication, we’ve sent 4 emails already.
Don’t buy from here unless you want to lose money and receive no communication.
Follow up: the email honney just responded with generates a delivery status notification (failure) the address cannot be found. Please contact me on instagram - I have messaged you there too. or provide a different email address. This issue remains unresolved, and I look forward to a meaningful resolution rather than a response that feels purely procedural. Date: 071025
Update: This has been resolved. Jade was more than helpful and really rectified what went wrong here. There seems to have been a technical malfunction with the email address, and a damaged return. I now have a refund and will be updating the review accordingly. Thank you for doing all you can to get this resolved Jade. Date: 13/10/25
