Terrible Service - Now Resolved
Terrible Service,
We wrote the wrong address on our order so the item was returned to supplier. When we enquired about getting a replacement product/refund we’ve been completely ignored. It’s been two weeks and they have taken our money with no communication, we’ve sent 4 emails already.
Don’t buy from here unless you want to lose money and receive no communication.
Follow up: the email honney just responded with generates a delivery status notification (failure) the address cannot be found. Please contact me on instagram - I have messaged you there too. or provide a different email address. This issue remains unresolved, and I look forward to a meaningful resolution rather than a response that feels purely procedural. Date: 071025
Update: This has been resolved. Jade was more than helpful and really rectified what went wrong here. There seems to have been a technical malfunction with the email address, and a damaged return. I now have a refund and will be updating the review accordingly. Thank you for doing all you can to get this resolved Jade. Date: 13/10/25

Thank you for speaking with me via email and Insta - as discussed we have identified the issue and explained that unfortunately this was damaged in transit and the Royal Mail returned the parcel back to us. As discussed, we have issued the full refund as requested last week and we trust this has now been received. Thank you for highlighting the issue to us.

I have reached out via email and used an older email to see if this gets through to you - I've also reached out via my personal Insta and following our chat I have sent another email - Insta messages were at 9.22am yesterday (09/10/25) and 10:48am today (10/10/25). I have sent you some images also and I am looking forward to hearing from you - as shown the parcel was damaged in transit and returned back to us, but due to the liquid leakage, we have had to wait for the box and documentation to dry to be able to establish who the order related to. We would be more than happy to resend the order with a little gesture of goodwill for the delay or refund the order but await to hear back from you on your preference.

I am completely surprised to hear this as we value customer service and satisfaction as our main priority. I have doubled checked all of our emails received into our inbox and I am unable to locate any emails that have not yet been responded to - are you able to contact me directly (Jade) by emailing hello@honney.com with any additional information such as your order number or postcode so I can investigate further into this matter and have this resolved ASAP?
