Well the RICS SURVEYOR, came out and did the talk, took the photos and usual checks. Told no problems spelling this and the report would be ready in five working days. After two weeks I started to chase up the survey. This was eventually sent via email not post nearly four weeks later. To top it all. The value of the property section, they had compared it to three other properties and stated these were detached bungalows, like ours, where in fact all three were semi-detached, so an important part carelessly carried this out, under valuing the property.

They provided an excellent professional service that gave me peace of mind. The Level 2 survey report produced was thorough and understandable.

From the quote and then the actual survey the process was seamless.
From the office staff to the surveyors visit the contact with myself and the report being made was faultless.
As l needed a detailed report on the properties garage I was in the process of buying, the company and surveyor were happy to provide this with no issues.

His report was very detailed and informative, pointing out issues we hadn't noticed when we first viewed the house. He was also kind to follow up with a call to answer all of our questions and provide helpful suggestions on how to fix the problems.

An excellent survey with very detailed verbal and written feedback

Very professional service. The surveyor was thorough both in our opinion and that of the vendor. A prompt verbal report enabled us to take an early view over the properties 'price' and if any major issues could be raised as negotiable on the asking price. Whilst not the lowest price for a survey I do think such attention to detail and the clear depth of knowledge demonstrated by the survey suggests this is good value.

Patrick from the Honeywell Team provided a very professional and more importantly a practical and definitive root cause when diagnosing a defect in the property we were selling. He was happy to stand by his judgement clearly based on his expertise in his field. In my experience many surveys sit on the fence and keep requesting more and more data rather than make a decision.
